Called and made an appointment today and showed up on time and they screwed up , The receptionist that I talked to didn’t ask any questions and they all seemed really confused which made me feel terrible . I hope that receptionist gets more organized so they don’t waste more of peoples time.

*Update: came back for a color, full highlight, and Nanette knocked it out of the park. I've been scared to get my hair done since I last spent $$$ for corrections on a bad experience (other salon)... but thankfully, Nanette was heaven sent and did a beautiful job for a great price! So happy with the results. I've been given many compliments that it looks natural and I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. Thank you!!--Amazing hair cut and style! Called for a last minute appt and Nanatte was able to take me that day. Very professional work and I love my hair. The products were great and the shop was beautiful and lively. Very happy place, and I left happy! Thank you, I'll be back.

I went in to have my hair styled for a wedding on Saturday and walked out with beautiful curls!!Donna Mesa is amazing at what she does. I was referred to her 20 years ago by a girlfriend and have been with her ever since!!! Thank you Donna!!!

I called and asked the receptionist (lady with medium blonde hair ) if there is someone that can do a Bob cut and she said almost everyone there knows and I asked again please make sure whoever you put me with has experience on that and she reassured me that Alicia is good at it. Once I was in there I went and ask her again myself in person is she good at what I want and again she said yes!Long story short horrible haircut I got!!!!! I had to go to another salon to fix her mistakes yet my hair still looks choppy but with a lot more style then what this liar lady left me. Alicia also reassure me she can do the A-Bob cut and I even showed her pictures of exactly how I wanted. Bad bad bad!!!Never again!! Management needs to make sure receptionist knows everyone exactly what they can do or not and not to fit you with the correct hairstylist. And the stylist shouldn’t lie either!

New to this salon. Donna was my friends' hair stylist for years until she moved to Las Vegas. I've liked her hair results for years! So this was my 2nd time with Donna and I feel like I have a new friend! Her personality is A+ and my hair looks fabulous! The first time, 4 weeks ago I got highlights and they look beautiful and last night I got a root touch up! I found my forever stylist!
