I'm conflicted about this location. On one hand, they get the best stuff. The racks are as good as they are in Pasadena or Rowland Heights, but I don't need to head as far west to get them. I always leave with the biggest hauls here. On the other hand, the pricing of counterfeit designer brands here is insane. I got an obviously very fake Louis Vuitton papillon bag for $100. Other Goodwills sell counterfeit goods too (even though they are not supposed to), but I've never seen a bag over $40-50. Everyone knows all the stuff is fake, the employees will covertly acknowledge it. I don't mind, but I think they should not be priced as if they were authentic. I don't really have a problem with the pricing for most other things, although I do feel that above average brands like adidas, for example, are treated like their clothing retails like it's $100 a piece. I can get an adidas hoodie new for $15 if I shop smart-- there's no need to buy a pilly ratty one with a hole in the sleeve from being tagged for $12.99. The employees here are wonderful however. They are efficient, friendly, helpful, and endlessly patient despite the way customers tear the racks apart and throw clothes everywhere.

I love thrifting, or, I used to love thrifting. Any time I travel for work I always check out the local thrift shops. I stopped by this shop recently after working on a project that has my in Chino for a few weeks. I was hoping to find a coffee maker for our maintenance crew. While they did have 2 coffee makers on hand, they were priced so high that it was more advantageous to purchase new. The prices of the two on the shelf was only about 15% less than comparable items elsewhere. The store itself was very clean and well organized. Inventory was not impressive but it was a very nice store with seemingly nice items however, there was little thrifting to be done due to the extremely high prices. I believe Goodwill has gotten out of hand with its pricing of "free inventory". These prices are necessary to cover the average $500,000 per year and bonuses for their CEO's and the $9 an hour they pay their employees.

Not having fitting rooms is very inconvenient and waste of money because you don'tgive money back only exchange. You have all these suggestions of measurements we, the customers, should do to see if clothes will fit but you should do the work of providing fitting rooms for your CUSTOMERS . Covid was the excuse for stores to stop providing fitting rooms, now stores are too lazy to reopen them. Get it together Goodwill. Have an ounce of gratitude for the people who give you their business. People have to try on clothes in public, why do you degrade your paying customers like this?

Goodwill isn’t what it used to be since covid and inflation. The prices are really high now, especially on the appliances. I also noticed that this store prices things about a dollar higher than the Glendora location. Cashier was friendly which was nice. I’ll be trying other thrift stores from now on.

In response, this IS the location near me and this has been ongoing for YEARS. I have not successfully made a donation for as far back as I can remember. Things aren't rejecting due to quality, the donation doors are ALWAYS locked. There are cameras to make sure you don't leave anything and threaten you with prosecution if you do! And the worst part is, the store has scant inventory..

Recently I donated multiple large boxes of good quality books. When I asked for the "tax slip", the receiving guy who is only to sign it(& usually date it), completed the entire slip as if he was the one donating and marked it a $0 value!!! I also received zero help carrying the boxes from my car and no worker offered. Our city could do better with a nice store there instead. There are better thrift shops nearby.

5 stars, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days and have not received one answer. They reached capacity, yesterday, told me to come back 10 am, today, but they are still at capacity and not sure when they will be accepting donations again. So, I’m a little confused about visiting this location. The Goodwill location on central avenue answers their phone and says they will be ready to accept donations again after 12 pm, today, but to call to confirm before arrival. I really like the service at this location, already. So, I will be going there.Happy donating, everybody!!!!!!

Isabella is such a terrific Goodwill Ambassador at this location! I love how her Sharp and Eye Catching Unique sense of Style matches Goodwill's Posters on how important it is to be Brave and Bold in expressing Ourselves to Inspire others to live with the same Daring Authenticity ;0) I came in to drop off a bag of Clothes and Isabella politely informed Me that the Donation Center was closed for the day and responded with the perfect Sincerely Apologetic Poise! I told her No Problem and spent a few minutes in the back exploring their Literature Section and found an Interesting Book about Effective Teaching in Impoverished Communities. Isabella was so Mature and Professionally thorough while ringing Me up too and kindly asked if I'd like to round up my Change to help out a Charity which I was glad to do! It's great that she doesn't take Shortcuts when it comes to influencing Positive Ubuntu Care Values and she takes the time to ask if we need a bag too in the most helpfully caring way. I would come back again thanks to the great Hospitality and Professional Integrity Modeled by Isabella Bonita!!
