Drove over to this drug store to pick up my order, which I had prepaid. I was told that I couldn't pick up my order because the pharmacist was at lunch. Seriously? I'm told it would be an hour or two. Ridiculous!

Clean and not horribly overpriced for a drug store. I actually buy my diapers there now. Good price, decent store brand quality, and way less traffic in the store and the parking lot.

I came over to pick up a prescription for my wife, the technician that was behind the counter tried to hard-sell me that my wife needs shingles and pneumonia vaccines. No, I don't need vaccines right now, I just came to pick up my prescription. Then he wanted to look up my information to sale me vaccination. I finally had to tell him to just focus on the prescription I came in for. It is very frustrating having to fight off these hard selling pharmacists and tech. Just give me what I came in for. I'm taking my business to CVS, even though it's further than Rite-Aid.

What happened to the size of the ice cream? I am super disappointed! I have NEVER gotten such a small scoop- For $2.49... I think I will go Baskin Robins next time !!! Never again!

This place is terrible in regards to the pharmacy. I should have read the reviews prior. Terrible customer service, from miss information to throwing throwing the ball around. I was told by a gentleman that I would get my prescription the latest Friday, called back a few times was told it's on order, similar story. It is now Wednesday and told that it was not being allowed to order. I'm now left with no prescription on false hopes and an inflamed eye with no steroid drops. Thank you ride aid pharmacy a simple "we can not order these" would have sufficed allowing me to find another solution.

Hi, happy spring to everyone at the store. May God bless you every day. For 14 years, I have been going here with much satisfaction. Especially, I appreciate the fact that this store keeps its waiting area and public restrooms available before and during COVID times. It is my favorite pharmacy where James is my favorite store clerk, where Johnny is my favorite pharmacy clerk, where Amy is my favorite pharmacist, where Jomar and Kanan are my favorite workers. Although all of the staff works hard and cares about his or her job, these employees seem to outside the others. Even though they are tired from juggling to answer the phone, to serve customers at the checkout or window, they always treat me like a valued customer. With me, they are extremely attentive. Whenever I see them, I feel better about myself. Every time I visit, I usually end up buying a lot. The clearance items, infomercial merchandise, and $2 stuff are my favorite purchases. I like that I may drop off unwanted plastic bags and old medication here.

My feedback is regarding the pharmacist. She is unprofessional and rude. My sons rx is apparently out of stock and I was not informed, sent a text or updated by a phone call. When I called the pharmacy to inquire about the refill I was told It's on back order, and explained the pharmacy is not obligated to let a customer know this information. Based on several other reviews, and several other horrible and abusive experiences I've had with the pharmacist here, rite aid does not care about their customers at this location. I asked the pharmacist for her supervisor and she refused to give a name or a time to call back, she repeatedly said "go write a review or call 1800riteaid". So clearly she knows there is no repercussions for her behavior. Stay away from this rite aid, horrible awful Experience.

I thought the whole point of having a franchise is if I'm out of town and want to pick it up at another rite aid but apparently here, it's if you're a permanent client that lives close by. Answering the phone with "you don't go here to this rite aid, you pick up in another one so call them" is not welcoming and will switch over to Walgreens . Thank you lady who picked up the phone today at 1pm regarding my meds :D will tell my father and mother about this so they can also joint Walgreens! :)

Terrible pharmacy service. I had my daughter under sedation after her dental surgery at 11am her doctor's office send her prescription electronically at that time It's already 2pm and they don't have it ready, their excuse is that the pharmacist is in lunch and I have to wait an extra hour to get her pain killer. HORRIBLE I'm still waiting with my daughter in the car.better choose another pharmacy

I love the store and the employees that work in the store. It is the pharmacy. They have appointments for you to get your shots. I made an appointment 3 days ago to get my booster shot. The appointment was for 5 pm. I arrived 5 min early and there were 5 people in line. I get up there and the pharmacist aide says there are 10 people ahead of me for shots. I said I have an appointment for 5 pm. She states well they do too. All 10? Wow. I ask why we make appointments if you don't honor the time. It's like a drop in service. She said there are 10 people before you do you want to wait. I asked how long. She said I don't know because the gal that does the shots is at lunch. What??!!! I sent a message to corporate and the manager. Why make an appointment? I'm off to CVS where they have a system for appointments. Good bye rite aid.

Leaving 1 star because the staff is great and friendly, all except for the manager. Went to pick up covid home tests and was told that they were sold out. I inquired when they'd be available again and asked a few more questions regarding the home tests and the manager MARIA was rude and completely unprofessional. I spoke in a cordial manner and not once raised my voice, unlike Maria who did the complete opposite lol. The fact that she's the manager is a joke lol. A person with that kind of attitude should not be a manager. I don't care if you're having a bad day or w/e, a manager should have more common sense and decency when talking to customers.
