Eric Dickinson has been exceptional, responsive and knowledgeable. I have been looking for a provider of a standalone umbrella liability policy to replace one that was about to expire and I had a hard time getting other agents to focus in on my inquiry. Last year, I had found Michael L. through a referral whereby I needed to find a no frills /no fluff Insurance Specialist for my project. Michael presented to me a variety of options and guided me towards the best fitted insurance product for my specific situation.
I unfortunately had to file a claim due to a unforeseen event. I'm happy to report that Michael and his team took great care of me. I was able to get the claim settled within a couple of weeks from when it had occurred.
