I was lied to and told my tire was punctured by a nail and not repairable. I just so happened to take my vehicle to another shop where I was shown the nail did not puncture the tire but in fact was barely wedged in the tread and my tire had no damage at all. I’m infuriated the company lied to me then tried to get me to spend $700 on a new tire that was not even needed. The company clearly only cares about squeezing money out of people and doesn’t value hardworking customers.

Professional and helpful employees who explained what was going to take place. I also received the price that was affordable for me and also offered to repair a tire issue that I will have done at another time.

Took my car here for oil change and alignment. Prices were reasonable and they have a great deal on lifetime alignments. While waiting, I heard how they treated customers. They were very nice, friendly an professional. Customers can be demanding and pushy at this type of business. I was impressed by their positive attitude when dealing with customers. Without going into detail. These guys bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. They have earned my business for years to come. I have confidence in them and feel they are honest and trustworthy.

This location lies about the scope of work they complete under their care, managers don’t care, when they do get any work done it takes all day. Avoid.

I took my wife's 2013 mustang V6 in for a diagnostic check on noise that was knocking on the front side of engine where the pulleys are. I told them there that I couldn't determine if it was a pulley or something something else. I left in overnight. Next day they call and say that engine had no oil and that they determined knocking was in engine. They quoted me over $900 to tune up and find problem. I decided to pick up the car and had my neighbor check it. It ended up being a bad water pump. Less than 150 dollars to fix. Problem solved. Thanks Firestone.

Had a service writer look at a tire i wanted to have patched. He told me it was too close to the edge although I didn't agree. Said we'd have to buy new tires. I took it to Costco for a second opinion. They agreed to patch it while looking at it over 5ft away over the counter. I don't trust you guys

Took my car there few months back with an appointment made a week prior for the morning. Went to pick up car thinking it’ll be ready by 630pm. They did not even start on my car and took in walk ins all day.

This place is sketchy. Do not take your car here under any circumstances. I honestly should have read the reviews before taking my car here to get an oil change. I live walking distance from this place so I did it for the convenience—big mistake. I dropped my car off early in the morning for an oil change and was told it’ll take maybe an hour and a half. It took 7 hours. When they called to tell me my vehicle was ready they proceeded to give me a list of multiple things I need to “fix”. Granted I have my car checked regular with the dealer and absolutely nothing is wrong with my car. I told them I’ll pickup my car, pay for the oil change and that’s all. After I picked up my car I headed to work with my children in the car with me. As soon as I got to work, got out the vehicle and we headed to the door my son looked back and yelled “mom look”!!! The entire car was covered in white smoke and all the oil fell out the bottom of the car. I was scared it was going yo blow up and catch fire ( I’m thankful it didn’t happen while driving with my kids in the car). I immediately called Firestone and Danny (who helped me originally) sounded concerned but not surprised. He ordered a tow (which they paid for) and kept my car for 3 days telling me it was the coolant unit that melted off and I would need a new one at a whopping $600. I was furious because I knew nothing was wrong with my car prior to needing an oil change. They messed my car up either unintentionally because they are inexperienced or intentionally to gain more money and business. Anyway, after the three days they called me to let me know my car is ready and that I one of my tires were low (what? I have brand new tires) they said they could replace the tire for $297. I told them no I would just come pick up my car but if the could put air in. After paying $723 in total I start to drive home and my tire was completely flat. This experience has been a nightmare that has cost me well over $2000 with rental car fees. This entire time I kept thinking I should’ve followed my original instincts and took my car to Tire Choice in Chino Hills because they are professional, fair and honest people. Moral of the story, never do anything out of convenience because it will end up being the most inconvenient and expensive solution.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
