Not recommended. Baby came home scared and sad.

My granddaughter attends this daycare and the staff is very caring. It is a bit on the pricey side and the flexibility for vacations (without paying for the time the child will not attend) throughout the year is limited. Overall I would recommend, if you can afford it.

Guess why they were there for years but only have 4 reviews on Google? Everbrook Chino Hills is not treating our kids correctly, even after we reported to the principal and Chino Hills PD, we were let to believe no action would be taken by the PD unless our kid ended up in emergency room. ( But isn’t that too late?) And the school just wanna covering it up with a great attitude. The teachers are chatting all the time. They only pretend they care when parents were present. When the babies are being constantly bullied, they just stand there and laugh without taking any actions and get our kid into behavioral changes and we are seeing the doctors. If you have no choice but sending your babies here, make sure you are watching the camera at all times WHILE you are paying them to take care of your kids. But if unfortunate circumstances happen, they might just tell you the footage has been erased even with multiple requests you sent. Then you have no evidence at all because you have to sign the contract not recording the videos or taking screenshots. But at least you can notice the problem soon enough to get your babies out of there before further harm happens.

As a type A helicopter mom, I felt absolutely comfortable sending my two sons here. My two sons attend this academy. We interviewed close to 5-6 daycares prior, and this is the best daycare of its kind, because of its directors and teachers. Mrs. Gale, Mrs. Teresa, Mrs. Jennifer, Ms. Corina Ms. Lisa, Ms. Maria, Ms. Katie all have made personal differences to our kids lives. Many more long term staff here also have amazing care for our little ones. One of our sons began his early education here, and now proceeded to become top 2% in reading comprehension in the nation. The director has CONSISTENTLY showed grace and care, even at difficult situations. This academy is transparent in letting parents know all the details occurring in school. As parents, we want to know all. The live stream videos also provides extra comfort whenever you would like to check up on the little ones. There is also a dedicated chef creating custom meals for kids during meals and snack time. The director makes sure all kids with allergies are noted in food entries and also their food intake approximate amount. The summer program is so amazing! Kids love them. Probably the best in this region with constant fun and immersive experiences. This past summer, little kids learned stranger danger through a puppet show, went into a huge inflatable planetarium in class, bubble shows, drum shows, and community helper seminars, critters, and so many amazing themes weekly! The app allows for weekly feedback system and messaging of leaders and staff, as well as the live streaming video mentioned. As kids grow up and move on to different grades, we know we are going to always miss and have fond memories of this place.

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful experience my child has had at Everbrook Chino hills, From the moment we enrolled him, we knew he was in the best of hands. The teachers, Angie and Jaque, along with the principal, Gale, have created an exceptional learning environment that fosters growth, kindness, and professionalism.Teacher Angie and Teacher Jaque are an incredible duo. Their dedication to each child's development is evident in every interaction. They are patient, nurturing, and always find creative ways to make learning fun. My son comes home excited about the new things he's learned, and it warms my heart to see him so eager to share his experiences with us.Principal Gale is a true leader. She exudes warmth and approachability while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She is always available to address any concerns or answer questions from parents, making the entire preschool community feel like one big family.

My son has been coming to Everbrook since he was 3 months old. After visiting most of the daycare in the area, Everbrook (formerly known as Prestige) came on top of my list for its safe, clean, spacious and bright environment. Parents can easily see their kids in classroom through the big windows. They have good security system for entry access, and I also can see my son's status through online live app. Ms Lynette in infant room is awesome, with her years of experiences I know my kid is in good hands. As he grew up he transited to difference classrooms based on age, all the teachers we came across were very welcoming and helpful. At around 3 years of age at Ms Katie and Ms Yvette's class my son became more socialized, he made friends and everyday was full of fun activities. I highly recommend their Jr. Kindergarten class . Under Ms Veronica and Ms Lily's supervision, my son learned so much this past year. His reading and math skills is already advanced in kindergarten level. I appreciate both teachers for establishing him with strong foundation. Principal Ms Gale is a great leader, she is so approachable and supportive. She always find an answer to our questions. I like how she keeps an open communication with parents. During Covid times Ms Gale and Ms Teresa took extra precautions to ensure the school follows CDC guidelines to keep the business running while providing a safe environment. This was a great relief to parents who worked in medical field or when WFH was not an option. I'm grateful for all the support we got from Everbrook, and will continue to recommend to all the parents who are looking for the best educational and safe preschool for their children.

Teachers want to make false reports about a "violent" child.... They wouldn't show video footage of the so called "violent" incident, just wanted to shove a "legal" paper in parents face to sign stating another incident would report in being removed from the program. Cooperate was then called to review and provide video proof of what happened and how funny.. there was no "violent and dangerous" behavior. Corporate apologized and the academy proceeded to try and correct what they originally said and go back on their words. Stating things were misunderstood... HOW CAN THE TERMS "violent and dangerous" be misunderstood? Especially when they wrote it down on paper as well... For the price you pay for this academy, you'd think there would be enough intelligence in the teachers to know the difference in a child being a child and not listening versus a violent attack they so bad wanted to claim happened. It's blatantly obvious that this was racially provoked because there was absolutely no other reason for a report like that to be made. Truly pathetic and sad. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. BE BETTER.

My son was in the infant room at Everbrook for 2 months and started when he was 3 months old. After just his first week he started rolling (which i credit to them because I was crap at initiating tummy time) and after 2 months at Everbrook he mastered rolling, sat in a high chair, endlessly babbled as well as took an interest in sitting up and crawling. He has now been at a different daycare for 3 weeks that I can compare Everbrook to so I'll list my pros and cons.PROS:- SPROUT ABOUT APP: loved being kept up-to-date and having a quick, real-time reference to his meals, naps and diaper changes so I knew what to expect when bringing him home. At his new daycare I get a paper when I pick him up that is very bare bones, old school and doesn't allow me to plan his/my evening beforehand.- LESSON PLAN: I didn't realize I appreciated a lesson plan for a baby as much as I did until I didn't have it at his new school. I really appreciated that Everbrook seemed invested in developing skills at such a young age, especially when juggling different babies' schedules. Made me look at Everbrook more as a school than a daycare. They gave me a lot of great ideas for at home too.- LIVESTREAM VIDEO: what parent wouldn't love this amenity? I loved being able to see what he was doing at any time, how he was interacting with other babies/kids/teachers as well as how his teachers interacted with him. there is no sound for privacy reasons but you can tell the teachers cared for him by actions and mannerisms.- ACCESS TO HIS CLASSROOM: didn't think I'd care about this either until I didn't have it as his new school. I formed a much better and trusting relationship with his Everbrook teachers because of this and also got to know the babies he was with day in and day out. It was nice seeing the teachers in action with other babies and gave you a better idea of the care your baby is given. - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: they had weekly reviews which at the time seemed a little much but not having any request for feedback at his new school I appreciate this aspect of Everbrook. With the feedback going directly to admin I felt they were able to problem solve at a higher level because infant rooms are so tight on time due to varying schedules. I also filled out a one-time questionnaire in his time there about my expectations/need/desires with key parts of his care. I was impressed that the only two times I voiced a minor concern or feedback I saw improvement within the next week.- PHOTOS/VIDEOS SENT: this is one of the amenities I voiced I would appreciate more of even though it wasn't a need. I got pictures and videos almost every day after providing that feedback that I will cherish forever. I loved seeing how happy he was and the different activities he was taking part in. Babies grow so quickly and I love that I didn't miss out of having pictures of him just because he was with someone else.- CLEANLINESS: the room was always very sanitary and I appreciate that anyone who entered the room had to wear booties, which his new school does not enforce. - TEACHERS: Miss Lennete is very experienced having run her own daycare in the past and being a long-time Everbrook teacher. I appreciated her knowledge and understanding of babies that helped me as a first-time mom when he was in her care as well as mine. Miss Sam is just the sweetest thing. You can see from the livestream how much the kids love her and the quality of care she gives them. I often saw her playing on the floor with them. As a 1st time mom I soon realized between Lynette's experience and Sam's affection Levi was as in just as good of care with them as me and there was no need to worry. Miss Irma that stayed with him at the end of the day was very sweet too. Every employee I ran into there was very nice.CONS:- LOCATION: convenient location right off the freeway but inconveniently in the opposite direction of my work - PRICE: very expensive compared to other daycares I toured. the tuition did cover diapers/wipes and meals once he was of

I feel the need to boost the overall score of this daycare/preschool. So far it have been a pleasant experience for our family and my daughter especially. The school is clean and very attentive in terms of keeping parents updated. There's a nice feature to drop in to watch our little one interact live. Excellent school! Keep up the great work staffs!

My son has been attending Everbrook for a year now and it has been the best experience he's had. They helped potty train him which helped us at home too. He is 3 years old and is learning so much. He is extremely happy here. He expresses how much he likes going to school. The teachers are amazing at what they do!! My son has been through a few classrooms and all teachers have been great. I absolutely do not agree with the post "Jennie" posted. I understand someone children have different experiences but that post was rude how she talked about the assistant at the school. She greets us every morning and is friendly and respectful. That is what's important for our children. Also the safety for our children. I totally love the app and how we can check on our children throughout the day!!

My daughter started at this school when she was 7mos old (when it was still Prestige). She's now 4.5 y/o, and my 2 y/o son also goes there. Both kids love it! They have so many activities for the kids, including dance and soccer. My daughter has really excelled academically here - she writes, is learning Spanish, and is doing well with basic mathematics. When we moved out of Chino Hills, we explored other daycares closer to our new home, but ultimately we decided to continue commuting to Chino Hills because this daycare far exceeded what we saw at other daycares. We are glad we stayed, and we are very happy with how well our kids are doing here!

I normally do not write reviews unless it's either really bad or really good. In the case of hoping to save any family from this misery of a "school," do not come here. If you want to know the details of my 2 yr old's (and myself) experience keep on reading. This was my son's first preschool. He was very excited. His personality is very happy go lucky, talkative, social. The tour seemed nice and welcoming. It looked pretty clean. I decided to enroll him.Not only did he cry until he couldn't breath anymore, he crouched in the corner by himself next to the door, and watched the other kids play from afar. I allowed him to cry and "get used" to it for about 3 weeks until I said no more. I deleted photos of him in the school because it was heartbreaking seeing him. He always came home dirty, and the teachers did not put a jacket on him when it was fall/winter and really cold. I've had to washed his shoes multiple times because he was playing in the rainy mud while freezing (I picked him up while he was still outside playing in the mud). He didn't eat, difficult to nap, and it tore me to pieces seeing him miserable and losing weight. As far as the staffing, it is comedic. The lady in the front, I believe she's the assistant director, does not know what she is doing. She is usually the one who picks up the phone. She sounds uneducated, and her thoughts are foggy. When I ask her a question, she sounds like she partied the night before and is hungover. Gale is the director and I have one word for you: Fake. I'm very good with seeing the authenticity of care, and she pretends she does by talking all excited to the kids but as soon as you're not watching, she has this attitude and demeanor about her that you can feel is all about the money. All in all, my child goes to a different school now, and wow, what a HUGE Difference!!!! He ADORES it. He tells me he loves his teacher by the 2nd day, eats, naps, comes home super clean, and hasn't been sick (which I wouldn't care because I understand that that will happen). He did not cry even at drop off on the first day and hasn't. He doesn't run up to me at pickup like in everbrook because he enjoys the school! He tells me he has 5 friends and it's adorable.
