Erika and her husband David work as a team and they are AMAZING. I honestly believe no one else would have worked this hard for my husband and me to find our first home. It felt like they were 110% committed to find us the perfect home for us. Being first-time buyers, they went above and beyond our expectations with their vast knowledge and guidance they gave us through the entire process. They have been doing this for 20 years, so they were very well connected with other professionals, had great insight about the neighborhoods and amazing negotiation skills. We would highly recommend working with them.

AMAZING dynamic duo. Erika and David really went above and beyond with our recent house purchase in Eastvale. In this economy where good homes are getting multiple offers, their experience in real estate came thru and they got creative in helping us get the house of our dreams. I was very picky in the house hunting process and they were very patient, kind and supportive throughout this whole process. If it was not for them, we would probably still be putting up offers left and right, getting outbid. If you are looking for a house to purchase, they are the team to go with, you will not regret it. I can't say enough good things about Erika and David! They were simply the best at every step of the home-buying process. We don't even know where to start! My husband and I were referred to Erika and David by a friend of ours and from the first moment we spoke to them on the phone, we knew immediately that they were going to be a great team to work with. It felt like we had known them for years already with how personable they were! We were only browsing for houses in the area, not thinking we would get anything with the high competition out there, but saw something we liked within week two of browsing, put an offer in, and had our offer accepted the very next day with the help from Erika and David! We are first time homeowners and both Erika and David have been of exceptional help to us and have provided support every step of the way. They are such a great team to work with and are really amazing people at heart. They were professional, efficient, and super responsive when we texted them at various hours of the day when we had some questions for them. I don't think our first time home buying experience would have been the same if it weren't for Erika and David. What could have been a very stressful experience flew by smoothly with the help of this great team. We would 1000% recommend them to anyone who needs to buy or sell their house. Erika and David helped me buy my first home! I was looking to buy a new build/home in the area and needed help. I was living up north at the time, but when I came down to start my search, Erika and David had laid out a clear plan for us to visit various model homes. They took really great care of me and my elderly mother during our weekend tour of new builds! When I found the home for me, they were very attentive and supportive. They:- walked me through the process and let me soundboard on picking lenders- responded to questions and text messages on various stages of the process. I loved that they covered for each other when one was busy, true definition of a team. Also not being in the area for closing, it was comforting to know they had my back.- helped clear up hiccups with the builders & escrowErika and David saved us a lot of time and headaches. I can't thank them enough!
