I give this place three stars for cleanliness and most employees. But there is one employee, Patty, who always has an attitude. I'm thinking maybe she's just having a bad day, but no, she's just rude. The two times she's helped me with lotto, she was rude both times and both times tried to cheat me on my winnings. Obviously it wasn't big but it's the principle, so make sure you guys know how much you've won on your tickets. So be careful guys!!!

This is great if you are in a rush and your car is dirty. Car looks way more presentable, but it's still going to be a little dirty

Car wash is not worth it. Car was practically sprayed with water and came out the same. Not worth it for the price.

Very nice Chevron. I usually only give 3 stars to these locations, but this Chevron was very clean and well kept. Also located in a great area. Nice clean restrooms too and staff were friendly.

Purchased the works plus carwash, car is still dirty and left a rainbow stain on my car trim. Not worth 14 dollars. Not recommended.

Customer service is nonexistent and store does not care to fix the ongoing issue. Many users have left reviews for over a year stating that the car wash payment module does not work. However when you call the store they act surprised and tell you that they will need to reboot the system. After rebooting the system the payment module says card interface is not working, called the store again to be told that there is nothing that they can do. Save your time, and money and go somewhere else

I honestly just come here for the car wash im super picky about only going to touchless car washes, this chevron has the touchless car wash that only uses high pressure water to wash your car. They also have a stamp card that you can eventually redeem for a free car wash if you go inside to pay. But beware of the sharp turn when exiting the wash many people hit the curb upon exiting.

The guy at the counter refused to sell me a lotto scratcher ticket. I asked him why and he throw my money back at me and he told me to get out of the store. I was totally confused on what I did to make him so upset. I just walked inside and no one else was with us inside the store. I asked why and he got very upset with me. I am still astonished with him that I will never enter that store again.

Just experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in chino hills and I’m from chino/chino hills and have been to all the gas stations but this was the worst. Looking to speak to somebody in regards to this matter either a manager or a main contact that can help with the problem

I just got here at the gas station around 4:40 PM and I'm putting gas and I pay for the car wash on my debit card. As I pull out the receipt for the call of the car wash I thought I had the full paper but I noticed online that it was ripped so I called the store over the phone while I'm waiting in line for about 35 minus, ur employee had me on hold for about 22 minutes ,I told him I paid for it check system and my last four numbers on debit card he left phone on waiting so I waited in line for nothing, while on phone arguing with lady , the guy working in there 0-2 already today , horrible service got my refund back

I always go here because it's usually never crowded, and convenient for when I'm too lazy to wash my car myself. The process is cool, but I'm just not that fond of having to put my tires in the rail.

I had left a tip on the page, but in case someone doesn't see it -- the car wash module does NOT work for cards. Pay inside first, or else you will be stuck in line cursing at the payment module like I did. It doesn't read cards and according to past reviews I read post-visit, it doesn't look like the management cares to fix it . Also, depending on what time of day you come, the blow dry timer after your car wash can be blinded by sunlight, rendering you clueless as to how much time you have. It should be placed elsewhere.
