Ran out of paint (Dunn Edwards product). Quickly checked the website for Chino Hills Store. Website shows closing time as 2:00.
I rushed over and arrived 3-4 minutes after 1:00. Front door was unlocked but I was told they close at 1. When I mentioned the Website, he repeated 1, we're closed. Really wanted to finish my job on the weekend.
Would have at least been nice if they would have said, 'I'm sorry the the time, we will get it fixed. I hope you will come back Monday."

We are 1st time homeowners and just had our home re stuccoed and painted. We were looking for a paint so we can add a color trim. Jessica helped us. She answered all our questions and suggested the best paint for our project. She was the sweetest! Thanks Jessica :)

no experience! This person couldn't tell if the paint is lacquer or not. He for some reason just didn't want to help me, everything i asked him, "yeh, i don't know"

This is a professional paint company, and it shows. Do not attempt to come here unless you know what you’re doing. The employees are helpful in every respect and are always willing to help you. They make great paint. Dunn-Edwards is a top pick of the pros and they don’t mess around.

I've been buying Dunn Edwards paint for over 40 years and always trusted the quality and durability. My side job is painter and cabinet maker (I've done a lot of both). I hadn't used Dunn Edwards paint on any cabinets for years until this past week. I did a build for a friend and the cabinets were beautiful. He wanted white semi-gloss enamel so I set him up with Spartawall interior a $40 gallon. And so my nightmare began. Of course I used my airless sprayer but the surface was rough despite MANY adjustments to the sprayer. I decided to sand it all down and brush it. That's when I discovered the reason the spayed finish was so poor. There was absolutely NO time to work the paint...it set up immediately! Since the paint did not self level, (yes I thinned it...no help) even my highest quality Purdy brushes left strokes that I'm not happy with. Naturally, everyone will fault the human...me. I tried everything I could think of...I've NEVER had an issue like this before. The air temp was in the high 70's so that was not the cause. Home Depot's paint is cheaper and I've never had this issue with it.

Really happy with the help I received from Kimberly in selecting a color for my house exterior. I provided her with a picture of my exterior and she patiently applied different color schemes to the picture. After 3-4 combinations, we got the color we were looking for. The final paint looked just like the picture she created. Highly recommended!

I've always just gone to Home Depot or Lowes for paint but my contractor told me to go here and speak with Kimberly. Kimberly was super helpful. She's a color consulting expert. She helped me choose the color for my master bathroom, bedroom, the exterior of my house as well as the doors and gates and they came out perfect! Everyone at this location is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going here instead of the big box stores!
