The white Karen cashier pretended to be hard-of-hearing when we're just talking about what phone number we were going to use, and I personally felt very disrespected in this exchange as someone who has lived more than 20 years in the US.

Go to target instead! Came a few seconds after 130 to tell me they are closed. Pharmacist Kevin lo is RUDE! Was rude twice! Came back and they said they couldn't find it because they can't spell! When it was ready another person still couldn't find it ! They also don't price match their site. NEVER COMING BACK.

Waiting time to drop off a prescription way too long. They are not making any eye contact with the people in the line. Utter disrespect to people and their time.

Purchased 3 giftcards from this location...they were activated successfully before leaving the store. I gifted the cards to my family but to our disappointment none of them worked! FRAUD!! Called to file a complaint..received an incident number and had to wait 10 days. They never called to provide any update about a refund. Finally after hours they took me off hold and told me they would not refund the fraudulent giftcard they sold me! Terrible CVS customer service, business practice, and complaint system. I will not purchase one thing from cvs in this lifetime.

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst experience I've ever had at a Pharmacy. I was denied a prescription that I use daily because my insurance only covered the generic and not name brand. The pharmacist didn't allow me to pay out of pocket, which I have done in the past. I have also had this prescription filled here multiple times. Do not go here, horrible, horrible service.

Walked in people arguing ,line huge, the store is a mess,6.29$ for gallon of milk. Go to Walgreens down street way better.

I've two horrible experiences already with this locations pharmacy. Second issue I had was this past week. My daughter's dr sent the prescription on Dec 21st. I got a text saying I would be notified when the prescriptions have been filled. I called after the holiday and spoke to a pharmacy tech and was told that it had to be ordered and would be ready the next day by 5pm. I wasn't able to go that day but went the following day. When I was at the window the pharmacy text said the dr had ordered the generic brand and that's why it was holding it up I told him my paperwork shows Flovent inhaler was ordered not the generic brand so to please double check. The pharmacist then came to the window and stated the prescription was being discontinued and the generic brand isn't covered by my insurance and it will be a couple hundred dollars. She kept talking over me until I asked her to let me talk! I told her I'm in disbelief of this answer because if that was the reason the pharmacy tech shouldn't have told me that my daughter's dr ordered the generic brand! She kept interrupting me and again I had to tell her to let me talk. I asked why wasn't I called to be informed about this that way I could have gone to another pharmacy to find this inhaler. She gave me no answer I guess since I asked her to let me talk. I know we are another number in the system but when our kid can't breathe and we need this prescription it becomes a big deal and my daughter had already been 9 days without because they never informed me!!!! I thankfully found the inhaler at another pharmacy! Will never use this pharmacy again.

I called earlier in the day and spoke with Christopher, who was extremely helpful by advising me about the photo order I was about to place. I wasn't fully clear on how to do it and he helped me over the phone. Then I understood how to do it and placed my order. I went to pick it up and the picture was different than the preview that I saw on my computer screen when the order was placed. Christopher then pulled up my order and was able to manipulate it and fixed the issue. It took him a while to fix it. Being that my order was for Christmas, I was very grateful for his time and knowledge. I feel like I was well taken care of and the level of customer service that Christopher provided was outstanding. I wish that all stores I patronize had employees as helpful as Christopher. He is definitely a valuable asset to CVS.Deborah and Michelle were also extremely helpful as I was checking out. Very kind and friendly and provided excellent customer service as well. Thank you, CVS, for providing such great service!!! Even though it takes me three times longer to get to CVS compared to the pharmacy I normally go to, I'm changing my pharmacy of choice and its the CVS where these wonderful employees work!! Wishing you all a very, Merry Christmas!! Kathleen

The pharmacist had a bad attitude, I arrived before the store closing by 5 mins, and she was talking to me very aggressively and refused to receive the prescription, it was simple to explain that to me gently.But the another gentleman pharmacist talked to me very good and showed to me that there is another branch open for 24 hours.I will never go to this store anymore

I'm sorry but whoever answers the phone at this pharmacy (male) needs a lesson in simple listening. I used to go to this pharmacy all of the time for prescriptions. Recently my prescription was sent to this location by mistake. Transferring prescriptions from this location is a nightmare when the person answering the phone is actively trying to rush you off. You work at a pharmacy God forbid you have to answer the phone and talk to people!

Before going over this morning, I check for hours on Yelp. Store opens at 8:00am. Get there after 8:00 to pick up prescriptions but find out Pharmacy opens at 9:00 am!! Dam place is also closed during lunch. I do over this place.
