This has to be the most screwed up Costco in the inland Empire! Not only is there chaos with their construction. This is the only Costco in the inland Empire where supervisor has to double count your purchase before you even get to the door, which waste a lot of time! In addition, they don’t allow you to, take multiple purchases of one or two items through the self-serve line and assist you whereas all the other Costco’s in the inland Empire allow you to do that as a service component. I will avoid this at all costs as I spoke with the supervisor and they just don’t get it!

Everything is fine but the employees or the cashiers tell the customers to take out the black card to take advantage but because they have a white card the black one costs more and that is not right people can choose which one to take for me the white one is better if don't buy much

I need to take my son to the bathroom, he is autistic. The guy by the door making a big deal out of it , I paid for my merchandise and I have my receipt. I just need to change his pull up. Talked to a cashier and the manager about it and they told me to leave my merchandise on the side . Don’t have any compassion for the disabled.

This review is in regards to the Allstate protection plan that Costco pushes for their expensive electronics. In theory it sounds like a good investment to protect your purchase in case "something" goes wrong with the purchase.
In my case I purchased a $3,000 LG TV from Costco. While I was outside of my 90 day return period, but within my 5 year "protection plan" which costs $99 extra at time of purchase, I put in a claim. My TV turns off and then turns on every 15 to 30 min. You can imagine how annoying this could be. The Wi-Fi setting doesn't not allow for the user to switch to the ON position (this was working and then stopped all of a sudden) So now the "SMART" TV has turned DUMB.
The claims department said that those claims fall into "intermittent malfunction" and "software malfunction." The warranty only covers "Electrical and Mechanical Malfunction." All they do is attach another label to the problem and then tell you its not covered. They refer you to the manufacturer who tells you that you are out of manufacturer warranty time. The AllState Protection plan is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE, its a waste of $99 and give you a false sense of security.

Was not crowded, easy parking.
You must watch out for the increase in prices, some of the items are more expensive than others
Update, Costco Chino Hills is expanding their store (under construction) also relocating the gas station

The lines are too long for a busy store. There's food to eat but no tables. I wanted to enjoy my pizza and then shop or shop and sit and enjoy my pizza. I'd rather shop at Sam's club. Wait in the long lines, but I can sit and enjoy the food they sell.
