Staff is usually great. Jasmine is a bit of a @#_&*. Obviously doesn't want to be there, and it show... it's extremely clear. Hope the manager and owner sees this.

The Price went higher after the car wash was upgraded. Now it's always out of order.

Older lady probably 50-65years old. She states "I am too new to do a lottery so we aren't doing it today" why is she left by herself if she's too new. I have also submitted a complaint to the lottery enforcement division. This is supposed to be an official lottery retailer and the machine is working. She also said "it's very complicated. So we aren't doing any lottery today" so it sounds like she was trained but just doesn't want to do it. How do I file a complaint about a Lottery retailer? Call the Lottery's Security & Law Enforcement Division toll-free at 1-800-LOTTERY (1-800-568-8379) and provide: Retailer's name, ID number and/or address. Date and time of the incident.

This car wash gives me the choice of touch free, soft touch, or combination. It is good for surface protection, polishing and choosing the type of wash you love. I can enter in the mobile code.Services: Clay bar treatment

I feel weird giving a gas station 5 stars, but this place is great. The pizza here is fantastic! The happy hour whole pizza special is really good. My kids love coming here for pizza after school. The fountain drinks are cheap, and they have a great selection. The employees name also really nice.Maybe their car wash sucks, but I don't use it. For gas and snacks, this place is awesome.

When I walked into the store the clerks were blasting Hispanic Music so loud that I almost walked out! After I placed my coffee on the counter, I asked the clerk if she would lower the music. She glared at me and said " you don't like mexican music!!!!" as if she was personally insulted. Then she took my coffee from me and refused to serve me! Before leaving I spoke to the clerk in tagalog (a commonly used language in the Philipine Isands) and told her "how does it feel hear someone speaking a language and you don't know what they are saying! " She sneered at me as I walked out. I sent a review to Circle K corp., but did not receive a reply. I also called the store but the clerk would not let me speak to the manager. I'm not going back there again and you shouldn't either. I know they don't care.

To the young black lady at the register. Maybe if you would take off your AirPods you'd be more aware of what's being said behind the counter.

I don't come here regularly because of the reviews and several years ago my friend applied for a job. He wasn't hired. The people who work here in general are not as efficient compared to other gas stations with car washes. There is usually a line. No different today like the other times I have been here. Today there was 1 cashier with 10 people in line on a Sunday before 3pm. The second cashier came after I stood in line for 20 minutes but was talking to a friend while setting up the cash drawer. I know the work ethic of my friend so I am happy he found a higher paying job. I am not sure who they do hire but they let a good worker get away. I am writing this review while waiting in line for the car wash. I think it's backed up because the same people were standing in line waiting to pay. I will not be coming back even though I live in walking distance. No matter what time I come, I have to wait longer than usual. There is no reason for this wait. The gas prices aren't great and the basic drive-thru car wash is $9. There is no value to waste my time. It took 50 minutes to get $20 worth of gas and a $9 car wash. My advice, go somewhere else.

Despite other reviews about the car wash at this location, I tried it anyway. Next time I will pay attention to the review!! I went inside to pay for gas and a car wash. At this point the experience was a pretty normal gas station experience....nothing to write a review about though. After I pumped my gas things went awry. I drove around to the car wash and there were yellow cones blocking the entrance. I assumed it wasn't working but wondered why they would sell me the service if it wasn't working. I thought maybe they forgot to remove the cones (it was 6:30am). Instead of parking and going inside the store, I decided to call. The young lady who answered seemed surprised that the cones were there. Someone came right out and removed the cones. I proceeded through the car wash and attempted to enter the code. The touchscreen was. not. working! I called again. The young lady who answered said "it must not be working, I guess that's why the cones were there". I said, really, why would you guys sell a car wash if it isn't working. She said "I don't know, I just started my shift". Wrong answer! I said, so now I have to be inconvenienced and go back inside to get a refund. She said, "no you don't, the code is good for a year". Excuse, me. Wrong answer, again. She then said "let me see if I can reset it". I said, thank you and she said "thank you" in return but mocked my tone. She came out and attempted to reset it...nothing. She said there was nothing she can do and she had no way of knowing it wasn't working since they are "inside". Oh ok. I park, go inside and ask for a refund. The cashier (a different young lady) acts as if she doesn't want to give me a refund and repeats the same thing the other young lady said..."the car wash code is good for one year". I said, I paid to get a car wash TODAY, I'd like a refund please. I asked her why they would sell a car wash if it was broken, you may have guessed it. She said, we didn't know it was broken because we just got here. I guess the Circle K customer service training manual trains their associate to shrug off responsibility and say "I just got here" and also advises them to try to avoid giving refunds by telling the customers the service they paid to receive today "is good for a year". No biggie. This, ladies and gentlemen, is why this Circle K gets one star from me. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's not even about the car wash...it's about the poor customer service and lack of empathy for the inconvenience. Customer Service 101.
