After grooming, my dog is so cute, smells great, and is clean! The lady with the dyed hair is so nice as well. They were definitely professionals in grooming.

Amazing experience! I took my cat here to get cleaned for the very first time, a little worried because he’s never been washed before. They were so kind and careful with him, and said he did such a good job. When I picked him up he was so calm, not frantic at all, and of course very clean, with a nice little bandana! 10/10 will be returning.

This shop was amazing. I sat and watched how they treat the animals and as they took care of my cat, these ladies were so sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend you try them. Even the vet next door brings his fur babies to them!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I do not recommend this place. I did take my dog here for many years. Trusted And relied. A few days after getting groomed the very last time, He started having unbearable back pain- two months after I had to put him down because he could not walk. I do not think it was a coincidence.

I do not recommend this groomer for your pets safety and happiness. I'm writing to express my immense disappointment with the recent grooming experience my dog and cat had at your salon and unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations in several ways, particularly with the condition of my dog.
Expecting my dog to be safely cut and given back to us groomed, we were given our dog groomed yes, but in terrible condition. On both her ears were there cuts which left blood stains on the car ride home and on my clothes. My dog was not the same for a few days, whining from the pain and kept shaking her head. Her claws were not trimmed at all, even after the groomers said they did. While the groomer told us of “a slight burn as she kept turning her head”, she was given large cuts on her ears as well as near her tail area.
In addition, our cat was groomed with no injuries, but the condition was as though he was not bathed. His claws were not clipped properly either.
I don’t usually write reviews, but seeing the state my dog and cat are in days after the groom, I had to speak out. My disappointment and heartache cannot be expressed to the conditions my pets when they were given back to me. The trauma as well as their conditions continue even after a few days of getting groomed. Even if a dog moves during grooming or bathing, in a groomers professional line of expertise, should these situations be dealt with much better.

Chino hills pet grooming is the best! We have been bringing our dogs here for years. We moved out of chino hills 7 years ago and still continue to bring our dogs here because their prices are so reasonable and they treat our dogs so well!! Their staff is amazing!!!

Absolutely the best. They got my dog for a wash and grooming as soon as possible and provided the timeline of the wash and grooming and called me when it was done. They are very nice folks to interact with.
