If I could give this place a 0 I would. Don't ever take your 2 year old here. DESTINY one of the teachers for the 2 year olds class room sent my child home with a busted lip that is purple, swollen & cut. When my girlfriend arrived to pick our daughter up she was on the floor crying with her face down on the floor in front of the door and she was just letting her. Destiny said " oh by the way she got hurt earlier she has a little cut on her lip do u wanna make a report ? And my girlfriend said let me see it first and she saw it wasn't just a stupid little cut. My girlfriend asked her what happened? The story didn't make sense so my girlfriend asked multiple times just to see if the story would change and IT DID. Destiny said my daughter was banging her head and then she said she fell and that's how it happened, then she said she fell but she caught her and she changed her story over 9 times and her final story didn't even make sense. She couldn't even look my girlfriend in the eyes when she was talking to her and her stupid excuse was " sorry I don't like to look you in the eyes because I don't want to laugh " so many other stupid stuff this dumb girl said. The director said she was off and noticed something also!! I totally know destiny is lying because she changed her story and couldn't look my gf in the eyes, she was acting very stranger w her body behavior. The dumb girl was shaking, changing her stories, looking around everywhere, smiling. Nothing like how she acted the other days when my gf saw her. The director said she will tell her boss and investigate. This girl needs to be fired and nowhere near children. Please protect your babies from this monster. She should NEVER BE allowed near children.

I would like to give this chino hill KinderCare 1 review due to unprofessional and scam in away. I had dropped 1 year old daughter there for 2 months and had called to pick her up like 3 weeks due to sickness. I had accepted it but the last week I had enough because my baby girl wasn't sick at all, 1 tiny red spot on her toe and they had called me pick her up again. They said I had to get doctor to prove she is good to come back. I told Crystal there I couldn't keep come pick her up every day because I'm working. I would like to stop the service, she promised to refund the money. However, she has never done so. I had called 3 times to the office left messages to the people there, and also talked to Cassandra and she even said it would be in the mail and it's been 6 months now. I still haven't received anything. I had called again and demanded an answer before posting this review. However, Crystal still hasn't called me back or nothing returned to me. Crystal was a manager there who had promised the refund and she didn't. I'm so disappointed with the service and unprofessionalism and I feel like they are running a scam services. It's heartbreaking to know they are all for the money only and not provide a proper care for our kids. I hope this review reach to Crystal and upper management. I demand an answer. Thank you

I have 2 daughters and due to work and moving I have had the experience of sending them to 3 different preschools at various points. This is the worst by comparison: 1. Most staff/teachers are NOT genuinely vested in the children (you will sense this and witness this eventually), 2. Lack of structured curriculum and routine parent conferences to tell you how your child is doing, 3. Smells as soon as you enter, 4. Caliber of students and parents are low, 5. No class performances on special holidays, 6. Tuition cost is high considering the poor quality of education and care. Be warned, teachers Sarah and Raquel sat watching as my child laid on the floor crying during drop off and never bothered to stand up to help and console her. I can imagine the degree of negligence that happens when parents are not around if this was happening in my presence!

Crystal the new director at Kinder Care has made incredible changes to the site. It's so colorful and vibrant now. The kids have lots and lots of new toys there. Before there were no toys for the kids. The teachers are doing more art work with the kids and its displayed throughout the school. My grandsons are learning so much there and excited to go to school. When there is am issue or concern and you discuss it with Crystal she addresses it immediately. Keep up the good work Crystal

Worst daycare ever! Avoid at all cost! Kids get hurt here and they take no responsibility for their actions. They will make you take your baby home with no type of explanation of the injuries of your baby.

I have seen how the "teachers" treat the kids and it's not ok. When you drop your kids off and pay all of this money, you have a certain expectation set in stone that these people will treat your child with patience and respect. Yelling at children and not paying attention to them is not ok. Oh and don't get me started with the director Julie! She is the absolute worst. Julie treats the kids and parents like they are all beneath her. She needs a lesson on how to treat people with respect ... better yet replace her!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I decided it was time to update my review! My daughter officially left in august to start kindergarten and she STILL talks about her teachers here. She gets excited when we drive by the school or when she sees the bus picking up at her school because it's her old school and she had "so much fun" there. They left a big impact on her. Julie was amazing to us and so were the teachers. My daughter this thriving because of the things she learned at her time in KinderCare. I definitely recommend them to others. :)

Hello everyone,I am a single mother of twins and I had a very hard time finding somewhere to trust my kids with. Like you, I’ve looked at all of the reviews and eventually my friend recommended me here. This KinderCare is a little out of the way of my daily drive to work at 6am but so so sooo worth it. I was mostly concerned about my son who has a bit of a hard time with behaving. This day care has not only helped me identify triggers and patterns of behaviors but also made a chart to help me better understand. Instead of scolding and being mean to my child they tried to understand and empathize with him and as a team we have worked together to figure out in which ways he learns and behaves his best. My daughter who is his twin has also gained a lot from this school. Not only did I have a sitter while I went to work but my children became very familiar with the alphabet, numbers, days of the week and so on. They do plenty of activities and upload the meals and pictures throughout the day to their app of my kids. I’m a nurses assistant so I usually have my Apple Watch on and I can honestly say it brings me joy to see their faces and know what they are doing even when I am not there. Mrs. Julie who I believe is the director of the chino hills location is so so sooo awesome! Every concern I’ve ever had I’ve always came to her with and we worked through it together.I’m not a review person and never have I wrote one before but I remember looking through all these reviews feeling hopeless and wishing I could find just one honest daycare review that gave me more than “great place” or “awful business” . I will genuinely miss having my kids here once they enter into kindergarten.

Hope this helps any of you (:

Our son has been going to Kinder Care Chino Hills since he was 5 months old and we are so pleased to have him there. As soon as we walked in we felt a good vibe, and a clean, safe, and friendly environment. This has made my transition back to work from maternity leave so much smoother. The classroom of newborns/crawlers is separated from older kids classroom. The director and the teachers are always cheerful, caring, and attentive. My son was on a consistent daytime schedule and the teachers always followed this schedule. They also were very helpful by administering the nebulizer for him twice a day when needed. We used to skip tummy time at home coz my son hates it, but at Kindercare he started liking it coz the teachers do it in small increments and switch stations with different toys/activities. By developing his muscles, he was able to crawl and stand up sooner. As new parents, we so appreciate the KinderCare care app which allow up to get updates and pictures of our son throughout the day. Knowing how hard it is to find a good caring place I highly recommend KinderCare Chino Hills.

My girls attended this kndercare for 5 years. Me and my girls were sad to leave. The Teachers are amazing and really get to know the children. It like a BIG FAMILY there. They help my oldest with whenever she needed it. And taught my youngest so much. Being a single mother isn't easy sometimes and having this daycare helped me out alot. I had crazy schdules with work someyimes and that was ok they work with me. I love Mrs. Julie and Mrs. Nicole in the office they worked wiyh me so many times. I really appreciate them for everything they did for me and my girls.

I am extremely pleased with Kindercare Chino Hills. Julie, the Director, and all the amazing teachers have taken such good care of my granddaughter for almost two years now. She is learning so much and is so happy to go to school every day. I appreciate that it is a clean, safe and happy place for all the children.

My daughter has been coming here for almost 3 and 1/2 years. I love this place so much! Julie, the director has always been so caring and welcoming to our family and our special accommodations. My child's father and I have shared custody, so her teachers have always been so helpful with communication and making sure that Paperwork makes its way to me. My daughter has created such a unique bond with each of her teachers and the staff members. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!!

Nothing but great things to say about Kindercare (Chino Hills), our daughter has been coming here since she was 8 months old and is now going to be 2 years old. The staff is amazing, I recommend taking a tour of the facility and talking to the teacher that will be taking care of your child. My wife and I searched hi and low looking for day care for our little girl (first kid) and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. But the Mrs. Alicia (first teacher new born to 11 month) was wonderful, Mrs. Heny (second teacher 12 months to 18 months) and now my daughter is with Mrs Jenn. What your child will learn at Kindercare is really worth it, now you do pay weekly but you can go online and make payments, this makes keeping track of your account very easy.I wish I could tell you everything about Kindercare but you should give them a try and see for yourself.
