I went there multiple times each having to go back for different problems. However this time around they misdiagnosed my problem and charged me a hefty amount (around 400) to fix something that didnt need to be fixed when my car wouldnt start. The actual problem, which was a issue with the fuel tank, was fixed later at another place which was honest.

Came in to get my Camry looked at anticipating it'd just be a routine check up, but ended having to replace the brake pads and get a new serpentine belt. While it was a surprise, I really appreciated Terry (I believe that's who assisted me) and how he walked me through the various suggested repairs and how much they'd cost me. He was very patient with all my questions and I didn't feel coerced or bullied into going through with any suggestions. At the end of the day, better to be a little careful than on the side of the road because I waited too long to replace something. Ultimately got the work done and they had my car ready in no time. Definitely going to have this garage be my go-to spot for repairs and maintenance.

We've been coming here for years (back when Scott was a technician) and won't let anyone else touch our vehicles. We have friends from Hacienda Heights bringing their vehicles here now. Scott & his team are amazing! Great value for expertise you receive.

I took the 2010 piruis to get repaired and they said I had blew my head gasket, the repairs took as least a month. Upon changing the price of repairs every other week. After a month and about a half, my car was ready after spending close to seven thousand. I picked my car up it was filthy, as you seen on the pictures below. Now it’s back in the shop that was February 8 2021 it had blown head gasket and now after a few months back in the shop again for blown a rod now the price started at 4,200 after almost two months again being in the shop they call me and tell me my car is ready but they have done 900.00 more repairs without authorization from me. This is not right that you add on more repairs without consulting with the owner of the car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I told them where the coolant leak was. He said $20 to do a check to see where it was leaking. He calls me and says he needs $110 to put a small clamp on and recheck. After checking, the small clamp was on the hose. The leak is visibly coming from the metal bypass pipe, not the rubber hose where the clamp is, where he said there was no clamp. This is a true story and a simple story to show you their poor business practices to get money from you that is not necessary. No more for me. I've had it with con artists. Since these con artists are licensed, drug tests and background checks need done on these cons.

This place was highly recommend by my neighbors on NextDoor Chino Hills as being reliable and honest. They were correct. I had my cat towed and it was such a smooth process from them receiving my car to giving me an estimate, to getting it fixed. It runs like new even though it has 183,000 miles on it.
