Most Chase banks these days, you can't just walk in and get help like it used to be. They either tell you 2 hrs wait or schedule an appointment. Useless.. Bank somewhere else.

Out of all the Chase branches I go to, this is by far the worst. Horrible customer service. The teller Kayla has helped me a few times and she's had the worst attitude every time

Their ATM isn't reliable. Touch screen sometimes doesn't work. Sometimes the cash money your depositing can't be taken. And it takes a longer time to process everything.

Worst experience to get an account verification. I booked an appointment with a Note a day before for the details.Went to the bank, and the manager refused without providing any details and we had to request her to provide details.I wanted to speak to the lady with whom I had appointment. They said template stuff -- Google it!!!They did not have courtesy to call us for this and just seemed like and excuse to not invest time and extend their appointment with someone.Very poor of Chase where I had account with for close to a decade.Definitely not doing business with them.

Worst chase branch ever I experienced!I waited in the lobby for half an hour, and someone told me that there was no one available to do the wire. ask me to switch to another branch. But I saw 2 bankers sitting idle at their workstations." one of the bankers finished work and left afternoon at 2 pm,I went to another Chase branch and finished my transaction within five minutes.Chase Private Client

The teller and manager that are working today are horrible, making faces when "helping" , bad attitudes, unprofessional when speaking to customers, slow to process transactions... not sure where they find these type of people but we are in 2022 leave the high school attitude in high school, this site needs to do better !!

Feeling like this is a Avery low key hidden chase. I love coming here because I never never have to wait for anything. They have a drive thru ATM which is convenient at any time. The inside is very big with at least three tellers ready for anything plus three atms inside ready for use if you want a quick in and out with your cash. Recommend coming here anytime

Went in today 4/2 to update my name, went to the teller window because I saw two ladies seating on the banker side that did not want to make eye contact. When the teller called I told what I wanted to do, she then said I can schedule an appointment for you the next available one is Tuesday because we are fully booked today. The bank was only busy on the teller line. I told her they don't look booked to me and left. I went down the street to the Chase on Grand and they helped me with no issues. Very disappointed with what chase is allowing to do, you have to make an appointment for the easiest thing? I am slowly moving out of big banks and into CU.
