If I could give this location a negative rating I would! Just a little advice...if you do not want to deal with customers maybe don't get a job at a bank. I have came here twice and each time the tellers have been absolutely rude! Not to mention that there are 4 people sitting at there desks, with only one of them being busy and the wait to speak to someone about a new debit card was too long...to the point that I walked out.

It's really their ATMs. They're always out of money. I would always get an error problem. But it's okay if I get it from a bank teller. I ask what's the problem because it seems I get the problem frequently, but they say there's no problem.

My husband and I are new in the area. We had called and visited multiple chase bank in the surrounding area, non of the branches had availability for us to open a business account. Thankfully we found Ben Zhou at this location and was able to finally open an account after 3 hours of searching for a banker. Ben went above and beyond to meet our needs and solve our problems. He is very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for all your help. This branch will definitely be our designated bank.

HORRIBLE SERVICE the lady with blond hair had a really bad attitude did not want to help me with anything i kept asking questions regarding my credit card she had no idea and kinda made it feel like "you should know this" but i dont then wtf are they there for only 2 windows opens and they have like 8 windows closed like wth need better tellers or tell them to change their attitude she told me to call the number on the back of my card for what i needed like wtf?? im here because i dont want to call REALLY BAD SERVICE REALLY BAD SERVICE

ATMs all in use and tellers just IGNORING people's urgency to get in and out while on their lunch break. When I walked up to interrupt their teller to teller conversation the person who was supposed to be assisting me was more interested in watching her cell phone text messages. Service was so bad I ended up going back to an ATM that freed up. Worst chase branch I've ever been to.

We visited this bank to open new accounts and were very pleased with our experience. Being older, it sometimes takes longer to transact business but the young man, Marquis Dias, was quite impressive. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the products, he was so very kind and patient with us. Definitely a five star experience.

I opened up my first Chase account at this branch location about 8 years ago. I forgot the gentlemens name that helped me open up my account, but im sure he doesnt work here anymore. The place is in a big shopping location off the 71 freeway. Nice and professional people are here to help with accounts. I love Chase, My bank has not ever givin me any problems.

This location treated me with respect when I needed some help after a fraudulent situation that happened with my account. I was helped by the branch manager, I wish I remembered his name, but he was professional and handled my situation with genuine care that I quite appreciate. I’m quite sorry for the others who didn’t have an experience like that of mine.

So, I had to come on here and provide a review for Andrew. I had a rough patch today, due to some unforeseen circumstances. I called to even just talk with someone, and Andrew happened to answer. I explained to him what had happened, and this guy... literally was like an angel or something. I am at a loss for words right now... thank you for listening. This guy went above and beyond. The quality of customer service he provided was untouchable. Thank you for having compassion, and treating me like a real person. I hope that someone does something unbelievable wonderful for you. Thank you beyond words, from our family to yours.

I have to say... Andrew L... is such a great employee who really goes above and beyond to accommodate customers such as myself. We are all facing a hardship of some kind especially with so many changes, yet it's nice to know one thing hasn't changed, and that's the quality customer service from my favorite bank... not only Andrew, but everyone here has just been wonderful. It's nice to be greeted with smiling faces. They're fast friendly and always helpful. Thank you Andrew!!!

Probably the worst bank service I've ever had in 5 years living in the area. Looks like their might be nepotism involved with the kinds of work you can do here. - staff here does not listen to what you say but only reacts towards the types of products you want to open here. This isn't a bank about money, it's a bank about pushing certain products to fulfill their yearly quota.

ATM ate the money $2,190 in this morning and I asked the branch employee. She responded nothing can do for me. Just call Customer Service. I called them They said I have to waiting for investigation for 45days Haha. Thattime, I yelled to the phone and need to my money now. After 1min, The employee called the police. The police searching for the weapons in my body and ordered get out in there without my $2,190money. I wondered about why they are in there for what???? The costumer upset due to Their fault and I know Yelling is bad in the public but She just 1min' called the police? I can not accept this weird person's attitude for the customer and i met the lawyer today and I'm gonna file the sue ........ I recommend to her this...... She is not good person for working in Public. Just go to the home and don't talk with people, only listen to the music alone.
