10 stars for the store manager, Destiny. ZERO STARS FOR THE COOK WHO PROVED HE'S ONLY THERE FOR THE $ AND NOT THE CUSTOMER - I DIDN'T HAVE IT MY WAY!! I ordered 2 burgers: I said no cheese - he gave me cheese (good thing I didn't eat the burgers I would've gotten sick), I said no mayo, he gave me mayo, I said extra pickles, extra ketchup, extra onions, extra mustard - he gave me none! But they took $!! Then my completed order was left sitting out for 5 minutes as I heard other orders after mine, called. When I asked the counter guy about my order he looks dumb founded, finds it, says "Oh here it is," hands it to me and wants away - he never thanked me. I feel sorry for the manager who has to work with these illiterate, apathetic, entitled, lazy people who won't deserve $20/hour in 2024!! I've notified corporate. They'll be speaking to the store employees.

Used the drive thru, the service was fast and food hot. The young man working the window was nice.

They have tater tots, their croissant breakfast sandwiches are bomb as hell, with bacon sausage and egg. The egg tastes better than McDonald's, and the iced coffee is nice, It had got a strong yet good flavor plus it has Hershey's chocolate. But most of all they have french toast sticks for breakfast.

Nothing but great service here. Fast and courteous. I've been here 10+ times. Good same as any of their sites. Drive through has been quick and easy

It's been a while since we have been to a Burger King. Still the same taste and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the workers were awesome and polite. We went in the morning and were able to buy lunch at 9:30am. Nothing like getting a hot delicious burger in the morning. Love that we finally found a location that allows us to eat and feel safe and clean.

Most of the time food and service are good, most places are short staffed. Pricing is better than most other fast food places.

Went through the drive-through at this location. The gentleman taking the order was very nice when we got to the window. He was still nice. Our order was all jacked up and cold. We didn’t get a receipt the Nuggets 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend they were soggy and burnt and we got all spicy nuggets not any of the original nuggets Chicken fries were also hard and pretty nasty. The burger was OK. The french fries were cold. The onion rings were the only thing hot. The soda tasted like it was made with hose water definitely would not recommend this location pretty upset. We tried to call and it just went to voicemail so you can’t even reach out and get a hold of anybody at this location if you’re leaving the theater and hungry, definitely would not go there.

Whopper is close to whopping $ 10 with cheese (not combo, just the sandwich) and they are trying to save with sauce as burger was very dry, ketchup offered only if you ask. Drive through guy was nice but had dandruff all over his shoulders... yikes, hoping it didn't fall on my food. Biggest surprise.... was the serving size of the LARGE FRIES.... BK using tall and narrow container saving $$. I may have to comeback here to see how small their small size fries. BUT this place is done for me.

Extremely slow service, cold fries and burger. Everything should have been hot considering there was a 17 minute wait then another 6 minutes ar the window.

Rancid food threw it away bought at lunchtime the server there is the owner he doesn't want to throw out the bad food. I threw mine. Think again.

Went there today and I made a huge mistake in my 2 orders. Liz helped me with the problem. She was so kind & knowledgeable. A huge shout out for Liz. Excellent service. Will definitely come back to this Burger King. Thank you Liz

Great customer service! They were crowded didn't take long but I was still apologized to for the wait which is nice. The food was good and fresh.

No shakes , super slow drive thru service. I had to wait in the drive thru for almost 30 mins !!! What the hell! Might as well go inside and order, this Burger King need to improve

I would love to say this location is great, but service is bad. All I have to say is check your orders when you order. I placed an order to the BK app, and picked it up through the drive thru and they still messed it up. On top of missing orders of fries, the chicken nuggets tasted off. Hope this location can improve considering it is fairly new and clean. Perhaps management can get it together.
