Hidden gem! (It's next to Panera bread in the Chino Hills Shoppes)There's a mini restaurant inside this butcher shop.We got the tri tip and Classic Burger.Tri tip is great. Everyone in our group devoured it, especially our picky kids! The Classic Burger is to die for. The bacon jam is unbelievable and really elevates the burger. So much so that I told them they NEED to sell it (and hopefully they do). I would definitely buy it. HIGHLY recommend this burger. It's seriously a gourmet burger at a very reasonable price.Had to edit the review... how could I forget the delicious pickle spear that comes with the burger?! Needless to say, it was amazing!Family owned and operated, and the service was great. As far as the butcher shop goes, they have dry aged beef, A5 wagyu, you name it!Oh, and they're working on getting their alcohol license! Will definitely be back soon.

Gr8 burger, thick and juicy with a toasted bun. Beef ground was flavorful and cooked right.

Best butcher ever. Greatest steakhouse ever.My wife found Brunk’s on social media. We live close by so it was a quick drive to check it out. We bought an A5 rib eye and we were amazed at the quality and flavor!!! We found out about their dining on Friday and Saturday and we’re hooked. The menu is short right now, but the chef and the meat quality are 5 Star quality. My wife LOVES a “blue” steak and its hard to find a chef willing to prepare one, but Brunk’s knocks it out of the park. I get the lobster tail and it is prepared to perfectas well. We have gotten several cuts of meat and they are all perfect. If your looking for dry aged or American/Australian/Japanese Waygu they have it. The staff is professional and courteous as well. Worth stopping in if you’re a person that loves to eat well.

Nicole is here so you need to go say hello and learn about ALL THINGS MEAT!!!! She knows everything you could possibly inquire about. Dining is now available and tv screens filled with games du jour dot the landscape. Grab a frosty mug o' beer or savory wine ~Can't wait to bite into the Italian classic style "grinder", sub you name it. It really doesn't matter anyway so just go and see all the fun additional products she carefully and graciously selected. It's a great place to shop for any type of amazing picnic, road-trip or beach day you have lined up.

Second time coming during their soft opening and they did not disappoint. We just came back from Texas and were craving brisket and their brisket sandwich was perfect and their burgers hit the spot every time. The quality of their meats are amazing. This is Chino Hill's hidden gem.

Best quality meat you will find in the area, and amazing selection of cheeses! I had a chance to dine in and taste the amazing wagyu, filet mignon, and ribeye, paired with some sides, and a great red wine that I brought in - heaven!!

For a brief moment I thought I had walked into a New York Deli~ ” It felt like the “City,” somewhere around 42nd Street.Could a performance “on Broadway” be next…? ????Nicole’s gracious greeting knocked me out of my stupor, yup… I was still in the Hills of Chino but I can’t complain, we’ve come a long way from one signal atCHP and Pipeline.Once I took the entire shop in, I couldn’t believe my eyes. So, so so much fun “stuff” to try.Chip, our 2 year old fur baby even got a nice-sized bone to hopefully gnaw on for hours.Nicole introduced me to all the fabulous products aka “foodie’s eye candy” that was before me in refrigerated cases.Note: whenever a restaurant has a big refrigerated case, it’s a VERY GOOD sign.In the mood for a sub, I went with the generously sized Classic Italian sandwich. The roll was soft and AMAZINGLY tender, unlike some harder type bread. And the meats & veggies were fresh & jumping with flavor.Nicole explained that when meat is cut from the loin & cheese is cut from the “wheel” the end result is much more flavorful and she was DEFINITELY correct, she made our taste buds dance.????????????Welcome to Chino Hills, Nicole, Tara and crew, it’s nice to have you here.

Best Burger in the IE: Hands down. Not only is the quality of meat they are using is top notch (This one was made with Creekstone Farms beef), the bun, onion jam, caramelized onions, and cheese are on point! I've shopped all over Southern California at different butchers and the quality of meat you can get at Brunk's (Chino Hills and their Norco location) is second to no one else I've found in SoCal. The best butcher shop in Southern California is right here in the Inland Empire!

Stopped in twice. Nice selection of quality meats and sausages. Got a roast beef sandwich on both visits and they were super delicious!

Came here on two separate occasions. One to check the place out and the second was to order food. The first time I came in staff was very polite and very helpful and I was able to get a few pieces of the house steak tips, which we soooo good. I got to share them with a friend and we both gave it a 10/10. The flavor was good and the meat was sweet so I will be coming back in the future to try other meats. On top of that they get some of their meats from creekstone farms so they do have some HALAL options for any Muslims wondering. The second time I came I got the Brunk burger and it was one of the best burgers I have had flavor wise. It was on the smaller side and for $17 it seemed a little overpriced. I would either like to have it a little bigger or either have some fries with it. Overall it was a good experience and I do plan on returning in the future.

They're sampling Filet Minon!!! This brisket sandwich is a meat overload! I had a hankering for mid-western style meat market sammies. They get a beer license in 2 months, so I will come back here with the family. Dear Brunk, please make fries to go with your burgers. I love fries. A lot. Thank you. Love, MeUpdate: Finally decided to open up the Wagyu beef hotdogs I purchase from Brunks and the expiration date reads Use or Freeze by April 2023. I figured what the heck and cooked them up. They had a sour taste to them, but I couldn't waste $17 on a pack of hotdogs. Red wine helped settled my stomach, but I believe the products sold here should be discounted if they are past their expiration date. That's what every other market does with their old product. Also, I found the same hotdogs on Vons.com for only $10.

My first impression of this place was not great. The biggest red flag from this place was the fact that I was served a pile of plastic on my sandwich. I took a bite of my sandwich like normal, and ended up having to pull strands of plastic out of my throat. Could have been pretty bad if someone choked on this stuff. I brought it to the attention of the staff and he told me it was "technically edible" but if I didn't like it, I could pull it off the pepperoni myself. That is pretty terrible customer service if you ask me. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. The Panera across the way is similarly priced and the quality control is more reliable.
