The employees here make you feel like you're walking into a Chanel or Louis Vuitton store. They're entitled and make you feel like you're being a hassle just by stepping foot inside. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location on Grand in the Target plaza. It'll save your sanity.

Sales people at front of store were very pushy.They caught us at the front and would not take "No Thank-you" or "We are just looking" as answers. They even stopped us on the way out to ask, "Why didn't you buy anything?"I know it is common for someone to be at the front of the store to help. But when someone indicates they don't want your perfume sample or help at the moment, listen.It is a smaller store and they may not be aware that two greeters block access in and out and can make customers feel trapped.

Costumer service was terrible, I went in around 1pm 12/20 and the girl working at the register was very rude to me. As a sales associate i would not disrespect my costumers that way.

I always wait for the sales that go up. At the end of each season they sell off the last product of that last season. It's usually 50% off so you can go wrong or it's about three bucks each. Of course over the years a lot of the products have been watered down so they can produce more but it still smells good on your skin and your clothes. my favorite, one of all time in which it comes out only once a year and I went the other day and they change the name, it was originally called hello sunshine.

Worst shopping experience ever in this particular shop and it has not improve over the years. The Wallflowers (plug-in fragrance) section is a mess, none of the samples matches the products and lots of the bottles were missing a label or tag. I’ve seen thrift stores with more organized shelves… I feel like I’m in a public playground with broken toys and no supervisors…. I’m not sure how to shop for a fragrance product without knowing what it smells like or what it’s even called. Seriously considering to switch to a different brand…. Very disappointed

Came by to buy a gift, doors were locked at 8:40pm and they close at 9pm. I hate to be that person especially since I used to work retail and I know at the end of the night you just want to get out of there but I was literally standing at the door while two workers were talking in front by the window, saw me and didn't make eye contact and walked to the back of the store. Pretty upsetting.

I actually preferred This 'Bath & Body Works,' branch over the Chino location. They always had some kind of sales prior to the Pandemic~catching up on my belated reviews. This is conveniently located inside 'The Shoppes at Chino Hills,' off the 71S FWY, so parking should be easy to find as well. The only thing is 'The Shoppes,' is an outdoor mall like the one at Rancho Cucamonga.....so you would gage to know where 'Bath & Body Works,' is situated within this outdoor mall or you could be walking here for a couple of blocks.....

As soon as we walked into the store, Jess and Joanna greeted us and was very attentive to our needs. We explained what we were looking for and they went above and beyond to help us find those items. They were both very personable and made us feel like we were at home haha. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back to this store because of the excellent customer service.

I Have worked in the shoppes for years and never had an issue at this location however I am giving them 1 star bc of my recent experience and how incredibly disappointed I was with their employee (faith) and the service. I came in a week ago to return some items that equaled over $100 which is a lot of money. I presented my receipt along with the information. Faith was rude the second I stepped up to the counter. when I received my return receipt via email it showed $0 for everything. I asked her if this was normal and her response was " I don't know". I then proceeded to ask what am I supposed to do if I do not get a return amount worth what I paid and she said "idk, wait 7 days" I then asked if in 7 days she would be there and if she could please remember me, her response "I have no idea if I will be here or not. idk where ill be in 7 days" I asked for the manager info "I cannot give that out" I understand that especially now days but when I asked when she would be working she said "I don't know the manager doesn't have a set schedule she just shows up" I have NEVER known this to be true but I could be wrong. I then had told her I felt like she was being extremely rude to me that $100 something dollars is a lot of money and to then return items with zero confidence I will ever see that money again is a horrible feeling, again her response "well I can assure u im not being rude" while she laughed and shrugged her shoulders. since this incident I have called the store multiple times asking for the manager who im told is Britany (which I basically had to beg for the name out of faiths mouth bc she didn't want to give it) and when I have called the manager is not there. Now im not even sure if that was the correct name. what am I supposed to do about this? I should have just kept the items bc now I just feel totally ripped off and not to mention the way I was treated was completely uncalled for. Im just very upset over all of this and will be reaching out to corporate to hopefully get this resolved since Bath & Body at the shoppes in chino hills refuses to even talk to me at this point.
