Hi. As members, we are proud to have a bookstore that has wonderful employees who are always available, knowledgeable and friendly.
What surprised me was what I saw at the Chino Hills store.
We are believers in Jesus and often head to the religion section. Between two shelves with religious books, was a small tables with book titles using the F word.
Q. Why place it in the religion section?
How about out in the center areas.
We were shocked.
It just was wrong.

It's fun coming to Barnes & Noble. The staff is welcoming and always greeting us. My son loves the children's corner. He gets to look through so many books that it is difficult deciding on which one to buy him, so we end up buying more than what we originally planned. Books are awesome! But they have more than books here. We love checking out the board game section as well. They have so many!!! Repeat customers forever!

I LOVE THE CHINO HILLS BARNES AND NOBLE STORE!! Everytime I go there,the service is exemplary!! The employees make me feel like family,I strongly recommend this place for anybody who wants to have a awesome fun time!!

Very neat store, bad odor. Restrooms were clean and all staff seem very knowledgeable, and very polite which is a plus.

Great selection, however way too many loud/disrespectful people using inappropriate foul language and attitudes in the seated reading area. *Updated to 1 star and would give 0 if I could. This is not a good place to sit and read a book. Too many disrespectful, trolling Hispanics/Latinos.

Starbucks in store and it's nice that there's bday treats through BN rewards. A large children's section and boardgame and toy section as well. Always enjoy popping by with my kids to check out new books and games. Games are very competitively priced as well.
