“I want to report that my experience with OneWest has been beyond excellent due to the trust that was built with my "personal banker" Jeannie Valencia. I started out having an investment account with her as my investment counselor recommended I call her to open a money market account that at the time was offering a good rate. She was so personable, kind and professional that I felt she really had my back when it came to my money to the point that I took all of my and my husband's accounts out of BofA and transferred everything to One West and Jeannie. BUT I just went in there the other day to find out she is no longer with One West and that the bank will "assign" me another banker. I don't want just another banker. I've worked all my life for the money I have and will not entrust it to a stranger who is "assigned" to me. Sadly, I now feel I need to search for another bank in which I can receive comparable individual service (which won't be easy since my standards are now high)...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!”
