If I could rate a zero I would. I was involved in a car accident in January 2024. Till this day they have not paid the body shop. I paid my deducting right away. They have the shop in the run around, they don’t answer the calls or respond to the emails. Never again will I get this insurance. Or recommend them.

Incredible customer service! Steve helped me get same day auto coverage during a time when other companies were citing 20 day wait periods. We were with a competing insurance company for 37 years when I was put in touch with Apollo Insurance Services. Steve spent a lot of time with us to get the best coverages for our situation. We now have been with Steve for almost 7 years. We switched our Autos, and Homeowner over to Steve. What I love about Steve is the guy answers his cell phone!!! Even on weekends, when we purchased a used 5th Wheel and wanted to make sure we were covered. You can't go wrong with Steve Arguello!!

I was looking for Car Insurance and was recommended by my Credit Union to go through Apollo. Lucky for me, when I reached out, I was paired up with Pamela Sims. I did not think I would find buying car insurance enjoyable, but Pamela changed that. It was as if I was talking to a good friend that was genuinely interested in helping me get things sorted.
