I came here specifically for some cracker snacks that I was craving. I also found some Matcha green tea packets so I can mix with hot water or milk in the mornings. The Matcha must've been in the wrong spot because the price was showing about five dollars when I saw it. When I went to ring it up, It was about $11. I really wanted it so I just ended up taking it but I highly doubt I'll buy that same package again since it's a bit expensive to me. This place is huge and I had to use my Google Translate app in order to see what some items were but there are some awesome fines in here for sure. Parking was super hectic on a Saturday. It was raining, so I was surprised how packed it was.

Came here to get live Dungeness crabs as they are on deals. Though it seems like other stuff prices higher than other 99 ranch locations but this place is very clean and organized. The staff is also very helpful since we have specific requests on the crab. They are willing to help to fulfill our request. They also had bakery on this location. The store is located in the same complex with daiso, Paris baguette and omomo tea. Very convenient.

The quality of the people who sell braised meat is really poor. I bought half a roast duck, and my attitude was terrible. I yelled at the customer and then deliberately took the duck under the cashier and cut it so that you wouldn't see it. I'm in the trend. You can see that the Chaolou half-duck ordinary lunch boxes (like those from Xiaomei Fast Food) can be filled to a full box, but I spent nearly 20 yuan here. It's just a very small box. To be honest, Chao Lou is twice as big as yours. The picture is as follows... (I ate the duck legs), aren't you kidding me? After he cut it, he deliberately left the half hanging up for you to see, fearing that you would find out that he was short. If it hadn't been for the heavy rain for the past two days, I would have gone to Chaolou to buy it. In addition, the cashier's service attitude here is also very bad. Maybe your corporate culture is very hostile from top to bottom?

Ordered 3 slabs of ribs that were hanging next to the roast duck. When I got home, I opened the box to have dinner with my pregnant wife, and they were completely raw. Not even a little pink. Drove back to the store and had to explain to 3 different people to finally get a refund. No apology was given at all. They thought I was kidding when I told them it is raw, and had to take off their glasses and took a close look to make sure I wasn't lying. I understand people make mistake and might have taken the ribs out of the oven too soon, but after telling 3 of the employees that it's raw, they didn't even care. I will never return to this store and will not recommend them to anyone.

I love the food here! However, I have noticed that some staff and security personnel could improve their behavior. My elderly father has unfortunately had some negative encounters, with some of them being quite rude. I reported this to management and will contact news outlets if it continues.

As a white girl shopping at an Asian market, I have to know what I need and am looking for and I had to navigate the store first to get an idea of where things are, because the employees don't speak very good English and are not very helpful. I have been very satisfied with finding what I need on my own. Here are a few of the things I get. Pancit noodles, Lumpia, pork buns, Seaweed, Dumplings, shrimp tempura, sushi grade Salmon and tuna, imitation crab sticks, Japanese Mayo, Siracha, Eel sauce, sweet chili sauce, Mochi balls, Shrimp crackers, kid's snacks, chopsticks and noodle bowls, various produce which is priced very inexpensively. I continue to shop here to fulfill my Asian food cravings.

The cashier at the front desk had a very bad attitude. She was very polite to the foreigners in front of us, but when we checked out, she changed her attitude. It was really disgusting.

Easy to navigate. Plenty of fresh fish and a good selection of pan-asian ingredients including Filipino, Japanese and Chinese. There are less Thai, Korean and Vietnamese food items.

Review of the takeout area: They have a really confusing sign that says portions cannot be "duplicated" for the 2-item or 3-item combo. I wasn't sure what it meant so I asked if I could do double orange chicken. I was told, "No," which I was 100% OKAY with. (I figured that's what the sign meant.) There was so much (a whole mountain) of it but the lady did not scoop me as much of it as she did for the country tofu (which they were running out of) and broccoli. I didn't ask for noodles or rice, she could have given me a little more. C'mon I'm eating takeout from a supermarket, I'm poor and desperate. This was not in the spirit of the holidays.

I ordered a roast duck, and when I opened the tray at home, I noticed that pieces of meat were missing. Most of them were bone, and there were no breast pieces. I don’t know what happened to the meat, but it was gone!! It seems as if the pieces in my order were from multiple ducks. I believe that the butcher gave me leftovers from other orders.
