Stoped at this 711/gas station. My sugar was low and I needed to get it up. Purchased a slurpee and it tastee exactly like GASOLINE. I kindly went back while on my 15min break to ask for an exchange. The ASSNT. Manager wouldnt cooperate with my request so I asked for a refund, oh but my transaction was lost eventhough I paid with card. hmmm ok. Asked for the Manager of the store and of course he/she wasnt around. Look 6'2'' assnt. mnger light skin hispanic with black hair and a soft voice , I am a GOD fearing man thats trying to make a living and I come to give this particular establishment my hard earned money and this is how im treated. No compromise or nada. One word, KARMA.

Always stocked with a little bit of everything you may want after 10 pm. Everything else shut their doors like we’re in grade school and there’s no where to turn, that’s why I say check this place out.And they’re always extremely friendly ~ ??

Went to fill up gas with at most being charged around $50 for a full tank. I pressed "yes" when the pump screen asks if i wanted a receipt, though nothing came out. Got a notice from my bank that I was charged $175 from this place. Be careful if it's either the workers behind it or someone else

Stopped by this 7/11 to pump gasoline. Used my Credit Card at the pump on Sunday the 13th of November. A few days later, I received a push notification from Capital One about a $200.80 charge from ‘VIATOR EU MXN LONDON GBR’. Contacted Capital One fraud department right away and they verified that my credit card information was used on the website ‘Booking dot com’ to purchase travel tickets. I informed Capital One that I purchase directly from vendors and do not use 3rd party services due to the head aches if there are any issues. And that I had no plans of traveling anytime soon.Capital One flagged the fraudulent charge and I informed them that the only place I recently visited was this 7/11 to pump gas.Capital One is still investigating, so I would advise anyone who uses this gasoline station to avoid paying at the pump and to use a credit card when paying. Do not use a debit or bank card. If they steal your PIN they can drain your account and it would be very difficult to recover because of the way a PIN works. Credit Cards have better fraud protection guarantees.

My first time going to this 7/11 the old lady in the register was very rude. As I was buying lotto ticket she asked me 4 times if it’s debit or credit because credit won’t work. As I responded 4 times it’s debit she was still making it a big deal with an attitude assuming its credit. She was being loud and not understanding. But I appreciate the tall young man for helping me out on the other register and my card did work as I had to insert it instead of tapping it, which the old lady could’ve told me but seems like she has no understanding about her job please educate them. Her attitude was unnecessary.

7Eleven PLEASE FOLLOW THE ADA. I went in tonight with my Medical Alert Service Dog (specifically cardiac alert) who was not vested tonight because it's been such a hot day. By law, she does not have to be vested. She is highly trained and her behavior shows that she's obviously a working dog. 1 employee asked me to leave, and I replied she's a medical alert service dog. Another woman employee behind the counter (pictured) started laughing and yelled that she is not a service dog and implied that I'm faking a service dog. I confronted her and she proceeded to laugh and argue with me, so I left. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO DEAL WITH GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES. Not all disabilities are visible, and I need my service dog. In 4 years as a service dog handler this is the worst case of discrimination I have ever faced. This woman sent me into a full blown medical episode.

I agree with many of the posters on here that this by far the best 7-11, not just in the area, but even the ones in south Orange County. Honestly, this location is head and shoulders above the other ones. I will actually go out of my way to go to this location. I go here once or twice a week. This afternoon is a great case in point. I wanted to get coffee and I didn't see any. So I asked the one lady ( who is usually there), and she very politely informed me that she will make it in just a few minutes. She was already busy with customers. Less than a minute later, a young man ran up and started a pot of coffee and asked me to wait just a few minutes. You can tell that for both of them customer service is their priority. So refreshing and rare nowadays. You can see why I would go out of my way to go this location.
