Ordered a washer in November (it's now nearly May) you have "attempted" delivery TEN times since then. Each time with not enough men, or the wrong size truck. 2 times you had the right truck, and enough men but the product was damaged. The second time we said we would take the "damaged" item anyway, they said no we can’t do that. We've had to take off work multiple times, and have lost money. Your Customer service is a joke: These poor customer service representatives can't get a hold of anyone here in the U.S. to help me solve the issue, all they can do is send an email to the warehouse in Union City. I have to just wait again and again for them to send the washer...with the wrong truck...and not enough workers... and the cycle continues... Where is my washer?!

My washer and dryer were delivered on Feb 6, 2020 by XPO Logistics. They were were supposed to call me 24-48 hours after your customer service received our complaint to have someone come out and inspect. I have a few complaints and concerns with your delivery service. It is mainly for safety and installation. Terrible! I even called right after the delivery and never heard from the manager to set up an appointment to check the installation. Costco should hire a new company. It kind of makes me hesitant to purchase another appliance through Costco because XPO is so bad. XPO doesn't acknowledge that installation is included with the purchase of the machines. In fact they want you to buy a separate installation package through them. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they got here, they only called me 10 minutes ahead of time. In the actual time of the delivery, they were 45 minutes early when they were supposed to be here. Problem #1 - The very first thing they were told that we have cats and to please shut the door so they wouldn't get out. Well we found out that the one guy left the door wide open for a few minutes before we decided to check on the door. (You know we figured it was fine because we had told them and they knew about the cats). Problem #2 - I bought a brand new drain pan to set under the washing machine in once it was stacked. One of the guys argued about us needing the drain pan (he had installed a few already that day, were on the second floor and they didn't need drain pans); and then told me he wouldn't install the drain pan because I didn't pay for installation and he had no tools to do that with. In my research, I found you should always have a drain pan under a washer, especially when it is not on the ground level. They did finally set the drain pan under the washer, but would not connect it. (Problem #3 - I had to call my plumber out so that was an additional cost of $183.) Problem #4 - I have a gas dryer, the XPO guy had connected the lines of the water and the gas. He then asked me for a LIGHTER ... he was checking if the gas line was leaking. Really a lighter to check for gas leaks? Seriously how unsafe is that?! Problem #5 - They then hooked up the dryer vent hose and they had pretty much made a fist with it to get it to connect. Crunched it together. We had to repair this later and cut this part of the vent out to make it a better fit. A WEEK LATER FROM WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED, after fixing the dryer vent hose, and having a plumber check on the water and gas lines ... I have finally got my machines set up and working.

Ordered a NordicTrack S22i on Thanksgiving and got notification from XPO a week later that it was ready for delivery. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting... 2 delivery dates have been scheduled with XPO and both have come and gone, without me getting my product. 2 days wasted and more to come as I try to resolve this.
