“Im absolutely OBSESSED with this store!!These girls make your day, not one time did I feel rushed or judged even after i tried on a bunch of jeans I just really wasn’t feeling. They gave me suggestions, asked what I liked and disliked and found me a PERFECT new outfit that I felt good in. The fitting room experience was amazing I had such a great time talking to them all I can’t remember there names but one was about 5ft 6 with blond hair, the other was taller with bangs and wavy hair. I came up to Chico alone to scout out Chico state where I’m attending this August and I was a little scared because I had never been to Chico before, but these girls made my whole day easier by making me feel comfortable and beautiful! They talked to me the whole time I was in the fitting room and it truly felt like I was out with friends. The following week I received a hand written card in the mail saying they all hoped I loved my new outfit. This was truly a unique experience and is now one of my favorite stores and I can’t wait to go back!
P.S I have seen multiple comments talking about the “ ridiculous return policy” , As someone who works in retail it’s ridiculous to trash a stores name for something a simple question could have fixed every single comment said “They did not inform me” so let me set this straight , first of all there is a sign at the cash wrap so read or get over it and second of all it’s on your damn receipt so read or get over it. Don’t blame someone else for a question you didn’t bother to ask.”
“I've been going to the beauty hub for over 10 years. I don't have to give any other direction than "I'd like my eyebrows cleaned up please." And she handles everything in minutes. I've always had a great experience and won't go anywhere else for my threading.”

“The shop has amazing prices and the staff there, which is mostly volunteers is led by the best manager I've ever met from a store that takes care of her employees and her customers and all if it goes to cancer research, which is an awesome opportunity to to buy things that you want at half the price And help out those in need.”

I like this store since they carry my size, it only carries larger sizes. It is slightly higher cost clothing but differently a place to shop for that special outfit.”

“I had the most amazing customer service at Chico’s. I had an out of town three day work trip, and i had about 2 days notice to get some business attire . I went in a little frantic seeing if I could get some slacks , and button up shirts . Kylee came to my rescue and was absolutely amazing finding me the perfect slacks. and blouses. She even found accessories to complete my outfits. The next day I returned to pick up . Kaylee had them steamed hung up and ready for me to leave town . Hands-down the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you .”
