I recently was involved in a collision and was brought to Wittmeier collision center for repairs. Vincent was the person who oversaw the fixing of my car. Vincent was extremely involved constantly keeping me updated. He provided me with a quote extremely fast. Vincent got my car into the shop at a much faster rate than what I expected. I brought my car in and a few days later the car was ready for me to take home. The experience was extremely easy and efficient. The car is in great shape and was extremely clean when I received it. Thank you Vincent and Wittmeier Collision for the great customer service!

I had a really great customer service experience with Whitmeier Collison Center! I was in a car accident in late February, and sight unseen, and without an appointment, was taken as a client the same day. I was told "it will take months", and I thought they meant like till November. However, they just finished three months later! I am really impressed!
The customer service representative, Vincent, was so helpful and communicative about the whole process! It was uncanny that, when I thought about progress on my car, he would call! We also got to talking, and I mentioned that I worked occasionally at Chapman Elementary, whose feild is right beyond the workshops fence, and I told him "I always looked to see if my car was there, lol", and the next time I went to work there, it was right there! Right against the fence! I was so happy seeing my car!
I highly recommend this shop for its excellent customer service and also quality of work! I hope I won't have to use their services again, however they will be first on my list!

Our Yukon was involved in two collisions in less than 6 months... neither was our fault! We took the vehicle to Wittmeier Collision both times, and worked with Vincent both times. Our experience was exceptional. The work done each time certainly met our expectations; the car looked new again. But a special shoutout to Vincent. He made the experience pleasant, despite GM being hopelessly backordered on parts. Throughout both experiences, I felt his communication frequency and style showed that he cared and that I could talk to him. He was professional but it wasn't scripted. It was like working with a friend who was just being his honest self, and was willing to go to bat for me with insurance and GM. Appreciate it Vincent! And thank you Wittmeier for being in-network with Farmers insurance.

First off, I'd like to thank Vincent for fixing my car and solving such a stressful problem for me. My 2020 Toyato Camry had a malfuction that made my car unable to drive or move. Thanks to Vincent helping me from towing my car to fixing my car, it's always been him thats taken care of all my needs and sought out the best possible solutions for my car. I feel very satisfied with his service and I'm also very gratful to him for the time and effort he put in helping me. The way he was so dedicated, detailed, and specific about everything was reassuring and gave me a sense of comfort in knowing that my car was in good hands. Thanks to all the help from Vincent, my car is now able to function normally. Thank you for all your help and I'd definitly recommend this car store to you all.

This shop has poor communication. My insurance made a payment 4 months ago to them and another abit over a month. They claim wrong parts were sent , then person covering the claim in their shop is out for 2 weeks. So they have had our car and payment for about 4 and a half months and excuses on Everytime we call. I highly suggest looking for a shop with recent positive reviews and check BBB before using this business.

Vincent was awesome at helping me navigate insurance, estimates, car rentals when I needed ourback bumper fixed after being rear ended. I told him I love my car and he told me they would make it brand new and they definitely did! He always responded quickly which I definitely appreciated. I can’t tell at all where the damage was. I do NOT recommend Wittmeier Collision Center. Took my car in for an estimate/ repair. I was told I would have to make an appointment for an estimate because technician was not at work that day. Came back a week later for my appointment, technician wasn't there, the receptionist took photos of the car to email to the technician. He said once the technician reviewed the photos he would order the necessary parts. Why couldn't you do that the first time I was there??? I waited 4 weeks and decided to call to see how much longer it was going to take for the parts to arrive. Called and spoke to the technician, he pulled up my file, saw the pictures and said no one told him he needed to order parts. They have been sitting on your computer for the past 4 weeks!!! This business has some major communications issues, Didn't really seem like they put much effort into actually wanting any business. Glad I decided to take my business elsewhere, who knows how long it would have taken to get my car fixed after reading some of the other bad reviews below.
