The branch manager is the worst lady I’ve ever dealt with. Wells Fargo should really do something about her, no one like that should be a manager or dealing with people. Completely rude and inconsiderate.. they also don’t answer their phones. Had to call 800 # just to get through.

Wells Fargo is ripping off it's loyal customers. They do not tell you when you take out any loan that your interest rate is per day. Furthermore you cannot pay down the principal on your loan anymore they want all the interest. They say the only day you can make an extra payment towards the principal is on the exact day your payment is due. They do not tell the customers this inside information. If you make any extra payments on your loan that is not on the exact day your loan payment is due they will take interest from your extra payment.Not being able to pay down the principle of your loan is downright criminal. They did not even tell their customers are bankers of these changes. Wells Fargo Bank should absolutely be sued for every cent of interest they have ripped off from its customers. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is how they treat their customers. Once I have paid them off I will find me another bank. Take your money to a credit union bank or anyone that is not pulling this kind of criminal scam on its customers.

Teller was very nice and helpful today. I appreciate how she took care of when I cashed in my rolled pennies. It was my first time at this location and the customer service was superb!!!!

I have normally had great service at this place. However one of the tellers, his name is Eric, he has the worst customer service skills. He has lied to my face, twice about account policy, is rude and demeaning. New hours were just implemented, I was there just before they closed. I did not know about the new hours, however he refused to serve me and walked in the back. This is unprofessional especially considering the circumstances and that the small business I work for relies on this bank.

Friendliest Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. I lost my debit card so I went here to get it replaced. Ish was really helpful and kind and he got me in and out of there really quick.

This branch is the closest branch to my elderly father's home, and he goes in quite often for account services, and often has a really difficult time hearing and understanding people, and has become very sensitive as a result. I'm sure its quite challenging for the staff, so I wanted to thank those I've observed who are so kind and patient in dealing with a challenging customer, particularly Ishmiale. He has a really relaxed demeanor and was very sweet and patient to us, which makes all the difference to my father, when doing simple things that are more stressful these days. It's nice when a banker can even keep me calmer when trying to do things together with my dad, it helps our relationship. We left Wells Fargo yesterday with an account change that helps both of us, with my dad talking about Ishmiale's kindness during the transaction well after we left.

I'm happy that WF's "slimy" CEO--who spearheaded the "fake account" scandal and "multiple 'product' quotas", is gone. I hope he learned his lesson by having to give up some of the $41,000,000 he left with... Since they were caught, Wells Fargo has been a bit more accommodating.. I'm sure they'll be up to their old tricks again, once the controversy has subsided enough that they may come up with new ways to separate us from our money. This particular branch is awesome. I hope it stays that way.
