Not a fan. Wells Fargo charges me $7.50 to cash a payroll check. They steal from people. They have a long history of this. I gave one star because I was unable to give less.

The people here are less than useless. They never have a banker or manager available, the clerks don’t know how to cash a check without help. When the ATM is more useful than your entire staff that’s a problem. I needed to be added to my husband’s account so we set up an appointment, the banker we were set up with doesn’t exist and the teller at the from other location has no idea how they were able to mess it up that badly. The crazy thing is it seems to just be this location, downtown location has none of these issues.

Stole my money. Car payment was late because they took the money out of my account and who knows where it went. Never reached the other bank who I have a loan with and say there is nothing they can do. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Just refund my money. Calling the business bureau now because of this. We all know they steal we’ve seen it on the news. Switching banks right after I get my money back.

I was withdrawing money from the ATM a few months ago. The person at the ATM next to me said "only the tap option is working." I thought this was a fellow Chicoan offering me some friendly advice. After reading some news reports on new scams being done, it turns out the person was likely trying to scam me out of a max withdrawal with no evidence or proof to be prosecuted by.Wells Fargo needs to inform its customers of scams being perpetrated at its ATM machines or anywhere people are using their ATM cards or interacting with Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo is ripping off it's loyal customers. They do not tell you when you take out any loan that your interest rate is per day. Furthermore you cannot pay down the principal on your loan anymore they want all the interest. They say the only day you can make an extra payment towards the principal is on the exact day your payment is due. They do not tell the customers this inside information. If you make any extra payments on your loan that is not on the exact day your loan payment is due they will take interest from your extra payment.Not being able to pay down the principle of your loan is downright criminal. They did not even tell their customers are bankers of these changes. Wells Fargo Bank should absolutely be sued for every cent of interest they have ripped off from its customers. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is how they treat their customers. Once I have paid them off I will find me another bank. Take your money to a credit union bank or anyone that is not pulling this kind of criminal scam on its customers.

Banker Onkar was great! He helped me and worked super fast to take care of my transaction that was time sensitive. He is super nice and takes care of customer concerns.

Hi there,I wanted to express a wonderful ? interaction I had with a personal banker named Sarah ? .I called to schedule a appointment with a banker and I got the time I wanted in such short notice. I got the appointment I was hoping for. The reason I wanted to meet with a personal banker was in regards to build more credit and to take out a credit card. Sarah did such a amazing job in going over a pamphlet with me and just taking that time to go over any questions I have. Or what I would need to know more about if I didnt have that education in. She really guided me through it all. There was no rush , it was all about educating me the client in regards to the business/use of credit cards. I would highly recommend this personal banker to anyone. Shes really done her homework with her job and truly wants the best outcome for the client.Thats what makes the experience for us the client as well as herself being a great personal banker ?would highly recommend ?

I can't express my dissatisfaction enough with this Wells Fargo branch and two of its employees. My Father just passed away, so my Mother went into Wells Fargo to have Sarah Lemon cancel the over $6,000 automatic payment to my Dads Rest home on the 17th. Unfortunately Sarah DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH and another $6,000+ payment came out the 23rd. My Mom quickly called Wells Fargo and after getting the run around with no help, she was told she would have to come in again... My Mom upset and confused why she needed to make the 30minute drive to the bank again came over and had me call them. I called the branch and talked to a VERY UNHELPFUL RUDE employee Gabriel Medina who knew my mom by name as soon as I started to explain the issue. He was ZERO HELP!!! plus he stated there was no manager there and my Mom would have to come down.... this just didn't make sense to me so I called another branch off Memorial way in Chico. I spoke with the Manager Katie She was great! She helped walk me through what I could do to at least stop further payments and advised how to get my Moms $6,000+ back from the Retirement home since they had already been paid. TERRIBLE SERVICE like Sarah Lemon & Gabriel Medina provided is why I closed my Checking and savings accounts after 20+ years. My Mom has been with Wells Fargo since 1959. Which seems to mean nothing to Wells Fargo. So I will be advising My Mom to cancel all Accounts with Wells Fargo and move her Money to another Bank!!!
