Shameful and literally broke the law

I've been a WF customer for over 30 years, and I was an employee for a brief stint as well. I've only used the drive up ATM at this location until yesterday when I went inside the branch to withdraw cash. It was half an hour before closing, the line was nearly to the door, and they only had 2 tellers on the line. There were other employees milling around, but not doing much to assuage the wait... super odd. Both tellers were dealing with difficult customers, obviously not their fault, but it seemed like each transaction required multiple approvals from supervisors who kept walking away which only exacerbated the wait. Jessica is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. She was so patient with the woman ahead of me who was truly a nightmare. I don't think I would have had the professionalism to be as kind. The other employees looked exhausted and miserable. It was giving... apathy. So much so that I was relieved when I walked out. Apparently the ATM machines in the lobby have higher withdrawal limits and options for how to receive your cash. I wish I would have known; it would have saved me 20 mins standing in line.

Giving five stars because the tellers and the managerial staff are all very kind, and even managed to learn and remember my name after only one visit. They also have to deal with a heavy influx of people and they do it with smiles. I am happy with my new bank.

Not very professional service here also bring in a roll of dice that is old and rust which came from Wells Fargo they do not accept the return for deposit and tell me to go back to the branch that provided the roll. Which make no sense because are all Wells Fargo.

Bryson situation at Wells Fargo 355 Memorial Way, Chico, CA 95926I went to the store to withdraw $200 in quarters. My washing machine was leaking water and the repairman was not available that day. I took my laundry to the laundry mat instead. At the laundry mat the machines accept cards and quarters. After putting all the clothes and detergent in the machines, my credit and debit cards were not working because the machines were broken. I could only pay with quarters. I had a lot of laundry therefore I used all the machines. I had a lot of people waiting for the washers I was using as well. I had no quarters with me, so I went to Wells Fargo to withdraw $200 worth of quarters enough for the washers and dryers.I went to Wells Fargo dressed not very well because I was doing laundry. My costumer service was “Bryson”. He didn't do a good job. He told me that he couldn’t give me $200 in quarters because there was a quarter limit per store per day. I took it because I was in a hurry and I had a pain in my lower back. Then I needed more quarters for the washers. I went to the same store to get cash because Bryson had told me that he couldn't get me more quarters from the same store and I had to go to another store.Note: I have dark skin and I didn't like the way he looked at like an up and down type of look. He was very cold with me and not friendly. I called to the main Wells Fargo to confirm what Bryson had told me was true. It turns out that the people at Wells Fargo online (Mail One) told me that there are no limits for quarters. They told me that there is no clause that says so. Already being for the second time in the store I face them with my rights are and the true. I asked for the manager. The manager told me and confirmed that there are no limits, that the problem was that there were not enough coins for me.I told the manager that this information was never provided to me. If Brandon had told me there wasn't enough quarters, I wouldn't never have taken the time to call Wells Fargo to ask, I wouldn't have spent my gas to drive to the store a second time, I would not let people at the laundry mat wait for me any longer. I had many people waiting for the machines at them Laundry mat. Bryson at fist was not nice ether, not a smile and went straight to tell me about the limits. Worst service ever. Manager gave me quarters and cash. He was very nice but never got an apology for the inconvenience. I felt Bryson doesn’t like dark people and this is why he treated me that way.Bryson have to be train again to learn how to be a real costumer service, and to memorize the real terms of services. He looked very unprofessional, unreliable and lost from the beginning. I don't believe in him. On the other hand Kory was very nice, empathetic and lovely. I have a lot of mayors and one of them in Communication and has a potential good HR, this is unacceptable. Hope my essay is clear. English is not my first language. ❤️

It is nearly impossible to get time with a banker without an appointment. With no banker being present outside of 9-5. Once you get an appointment, service is friendly, professional, and relatively quick and easy

Wells Fargo is ripping off it's loyal customers. They do not tell you when you take out any loan that your interest rate is per day. Furthermore you cannot pay down the principal on your loan anymore they want all the interest. They say the only day you can make an extra payment towards the principal is on the exact day your payment is due. They do not tell the customers this inside information. If you make any extra payments on your loan that is not on the exact day your loan payment is due they will take interest from your extra payment.Not being able to pay down the principle of your loan is downright criminal. They did not even tell their customers are bankers of these changes. Wells Fargo Bank should absolutely be sued for every cent of interest they have ripped off from its customers. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is how they treat their customers. Once I have paid them off I will find me another bank. Take your money to a credit union bank or anyone that is not pulling this kind of criminal scam on its customers. If you deposit a check it takes one business day for it to clear. But if you cash it and deposit the cash in the ATM it's available that day.

Glad they were able to help! I don't have a bank account with them any longer and received a check from them for restraints out on my account; going back 12 years; last month but happy there were no problems doing so! The teller was very professional and happy to do so! I must mention that in order to cash it with them you need a ID/DL and a second form of ID also, the normal requirement for someone without an account with them!

A local phone number is listed but no one will answer it & there is no voicemail. So much for customer service. Unbelievable
