I'm very pleased with my experience at this store today. I'm a business owner. My phone is essential to running my company well. My current phone started glitching, so I needed to replace it quickly. I was met by Maisy T. as soon as I walked into the store, she answered my questions, gave me great info, and ordered what I wanted.
As an employer, I appreciate dealing with competent, professional staff.

I used the store for in-store pickup when purchasing an iPhone through Verizon online. The phone that was given to me was in an opened box with fingerprints on the phone. Will return and have Verizon ship me a new phone, as purchased.

Don’t go to this store! They are a scam! I went there last October to trade in my phone, they never put in the system my trade in. I’ve been dealing with Verizon for months now trying to get this right and I’m still paying for a phone and they won’t give me back the phone that I gave to them!

Ivan was fantastic! I went there last week or so to inquire about home internet. He helped me activate the wifi from the store. He also helped me save money by upgrading my phone to a new plan and save money with streaming bundles. I really can’t get over the great customer service I received! I will definitely be back again.

I had to replace my iPhone 13 Pro because I kept getting a Sim card alert. We were helped by a young man named Ivan, who was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that there was a miscommunication about what our new monthly balance would be. we were Informed that our monthly bill $142 would increase by $15, but when we looked at the documentation, it stated our monthly balance would be $176 which should have been $157. It Increased by $30. Hopefully they will read this and want to Make the adjustment.
