I came in because I was being significantly overcharged, and that immediately just said we can't help you. This store is corporate store, but I went to a other verizon store that was able to work with me and actually help. We got the problem solved the best it could. This stores workers don't care about the customer, they will scam you by over charging you.

Went in to get a new phone, the girl that helped us was very nice but the whole process took longer than expected as fast as transferring everything. Either way, the customer service was great.

Verizon in Chico your service is trash now. I’ve been with you guys over 15 years and until 2023 your services have declined and no longer needed. I pay you guys every month on time, and for you charge me extra money to activate my cellphone in person is utterly ridiculous when I pay you over $100 for my one plan. Then for this dang age now when customers loose their phone and go through insurance you should be able to give us a phone I have job who needed to contact me but because I trade in my phone to you and get new phone I should be able to walk out with a replacement no wait two days being a it out a phone. Treat you customers better especially those a who have always paid their bill on time.

5 stars for Vincent at the Chico Corporate Verizon Store in the Mall. He solved a complicated problem easily and effortlessly even though I showed up 20 minutes before the store closing. Vincent, I appreciate your professionalism and expertise so much, it was a literally a breathe of fresh air. My recommendation to your manager is that you should get a raise and promotion immediately. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!

1.5 hours later, we're still waiting to be serviced. It's not our first time for these kind of wait times with verizon. Do better version, hire more staff.

Girl friend bought a new phone at Best Buy them we made an appointment here to get a new sim card. Appoint ment was right on time and friendly staff. Got it done.

Been there three times with no results, had to do everything online. Customer service was very rude in store. Brought the phone to them to have it activated and transferred and they wanted $30 to do it, told them on my other phone T-Mobile did it for free and they said maybe you should go to T-Mobile.

there where going to charge me $50 today just because I couldn't factory rest the phone & when I called in they waved that & another one as the figure print would work but could not do anything else to it & there is no damage to the phone

For the amount of people that work there it's incredible how slow they are to help. Waited for 30 minutes after being "helped" for the guy to come back and then he tried to rip me off. Lied by claiming I needed a premium plan and tried to get me to upgrade in the app so we left. I'm sad you can't give less than one star. Avoid at all costs.

Verizon suspended my 91 year old mothers phone for $5.05. After it was paid they still did not activate her phone again. I went to the store after 3 attempts to speak with customer service. I told I had to go in to the store. I was in the store yesterday and told they could not help me. So I was told that I had an appointment for today at 10:15. I came in and they never made the appointment. So now I wait for help again. Very disappointed in Verizon.
