This comes from a phone call I made just to check their location for a friend. I'm very happy with T-Mobile way happier than I was with Verizon when I had them.

Poor customer service and lack of communication when it came down to talking about phone plans and how to transfer. The lady was giving short answers as if we should already know how the system works. Should have gotten her name.

I came in because I was being significantly overcharged, and that immediately just said we can't help you. This store is corporate store, but I went to a other verizon store that was able to work with me and actually help. We got the problem solved the best it could. This stores workers don't care about the customer, they will scam you by over charging you.

Went in to get a new phone, the girl that helped us was very nice but the whole process took longer than expected as fast as transferring everything. Either way, the customer service was great.

Verizon in Chico your service is trash now. I’ve been with you guys over 15 years and until 2023 your services have declined and no longer needed. I pay you guys every month on time, and for you charge me extra money to activate my cellphone in person is utterly ridiculous when I pay you over $100 for my one plan. Then for this dang age now when customers loose their phone and go through insurance you should be able to give us a phone I have job who needed to contact me but because I trade in my phone to you and get new phone I should be able to walk out with a replacement no wait two days being a it out a phone. Treat you customers better especially those a who have always paid their bill on time.
