Pulled into this station. Not one person around. Went inside to pay. Couldn't see anyone. (She was sitting down under the counter. She finally stood up. Tried to pump gas but the screen hadn't been cleared so had to go back in the store to tell her to do that. Still didn't clear. She finally came out again. Finally got it taken care of. Pumped the gas and went in to get my change. Told her I wanted a car wash. Waited outside in the car for whoever was supposed to soap and brush the tires. No one came. Back in the store. The person who does ghat job was taking a break and didn't want to do it. Had to get out and do it myself. Made it into the car wash, got it washed but there was no dryer working. Turns out your car wash may be free but they don't tell you it's $7.99 and up if you want it dried! Used to go there many years ago when it was a finely run place. Not anymore. It's no wonder there was no one around or any other cars. I think this place is going out of business and if ghey aren't, they should be.

Do not have your oil changed there. Had oil changed - he wouldn't give me a receipt because he was "too busy". Then 11 days later my change oil light came on - took it back to have it checked. They changed the oil, filter everything again and CHARGED ME!! When I complained, they said they don't keep records and I had to pay.

This place allows transients and drunks to loiter on their property and panhandle customers. They sell alcohol to intoxicated people, who then take it behind their building to drink it. The drunks then vomit, defecate on the property and harass customers. They are fully aware of what's going on and they do nothing. They should lose their liquor license at a minimum. In addition, the entire place is filthy and disgusting. Pineapple juice is not supposed to be solid!

Excellent and friendly mechanic named Garrett that works here. He is onlí½ worked there for 3 weeks. He installed suspension air bags on my brand new 2017 F-150. Don't let the neighborhood scare you away. They primarily do oil changes but also will install tires! Open on Saturdays. Thanks Garrett!!!

Excellent service!! I went to have my oil changed and the mechanic went above and beyond to help with other engine problems. He was honest, reliable and friendly. I will continue getting my Honda serviced at this location and highly recommend to everyone.

This is why my father said it's always best to learn to do for yourself what others can easily screw you over in. Among the reasons I can't wait to leave this bumfuck dead-end college town: piss-poor customer service by subpar establishments. Indeed the northern california swamp must be drained. When you damage a customers vehicle enough to merit them getting towed off the freeway after going in for a routine oil change you refund them! A free carwash and a jump fix doesn't do justice for an already tanking business. Shout-out to the Culprits - Valero on Esplanade. Good luck with the flood damage.

This a great shop! Very honest! I came in with the Brake Special coupon bc the Honda dealer on Forest Ave said I'd need new brakes/brake shoes soon (a couple months ago). They checked & inspected my brake pads & shoes & they said they were at 80 to 100% so I did not need to replace them yet. Saved me $150! Mark noticed that I had a screw in one of my tires so he plugged it for me. I did not mind paying $10 for something I actually needed fixed! Raj (the owner) really appreciates Mark & his hard work. Overall, there is a jovial, friendly & honest atmosphere. I am so grateful! That is why I wrote this review :)
