The man who works here during the day has a nasty attitude. He told me how to wrap my packages when I first brought them in. Came in yesterday with them wrapped how he wanted, then he pretended like he didn’t talk to me the day previously. All attitude, and unhelpful directions. Other than that, the other workers are excellent.

As a senior, I was nervous about printing and sending some important documents at the Chico, CA Norte Dame store. Kayla was so very kind and helpful, assuring me the entire time that she understood my needs and met them. What an asset she is to your company!

This is my favorite UPS store in Chico. In all of my interactions, which have all been a simple Amazon return, the employees are always kind and helpful. I’ve read some of these reviews and honestly the people writing them are the problem, not the store or employees. I work in customer service myself so I know firsthand how it is to work with the public. Some people are so difficult to please no matter what you do. Don’t even pay attention to the bad reviews, just go in and be a decent, kind human and they will help you out.

$4 to print a UPS label at the store is ridiculous. I called and asked they said they could print it no problem. I showed up, the guy had issues pulling it up, finally got it up. After he printed it he said that will be $3.55 printing charge... ummm WHAT. Okay. I paid it and moved on but ridiculous. I would understand a document but to print a UPS label that's wild and also $3.55 for it?! That's highway robery?

I did a chance of address with the united post office. But now the post office tell me that ups store has to do it. If this is right why did the store manager tell me. Why is my mail. Is the store keep my mail not forward my mail. Have a letter from my ins now it's gone. I'm get sick of all this who has my mail. 168

I went to get a simple livescan done. Paid $94. I have a clean record. Never been in any trouble and have work in care giving for years so it should have been a simple thing. But thanks to the complete incompetence of the employees here I have had to have them done FOUR times now. 1st time the trainee didn't take clear prints, 2nd time they didn't enter the facility number correctly, 3rd time they didn't enter my DOB correctly. After the 3rd time I called and got a very rude lady who said she was the manager and tried to blame me for their continued inability to do their job correctly. I finally talked to the district manager who over the phone was very nice but once I got to the mangrove store to do my fingerprints for the 4th time she was rude and kept trying to put it off on me that they had messed up 3 TIMES even though each time I provided proof from Licensing that it was not my fault at all but their carelessness. Manager told me they wouldn't do them again for free (granted it's not free I paid for a service I still haven't gotten since they can not seem to do the job correctly) unless it was for the prints not being clear. Well what do you know. Even after the 4th time and their district manager doing them the prints were rejected because the district manager didn't take them correctly again! Now I have missed out on over a month of work duets this had to go back and forth to Chico and the only thing I have been given is attitude, disrespect and very unprofessional behavior. I now have to wait for the letter so I can request a refund and wait for an appointment with the Sheriffs dept to do them cause I will not continue to support such a unprofessional, disrespectful and poorly run company.

My experience with this store and the one on Mangrove is pretty much the same. They employ people who don't know how to greet people or say thank you when the transaction is completed. In this day and age thats not unusual. I only use them to drop off Amazon returns, but their attitudes are the same every time. Unfriendly and unprofessional.

So I was there with a package and to print out the label it was almost 4 dollars I Recently Went to a mom-and-pop shop and saw they had a printer and asked how much it was for one print and they said 25 cents don't got to this ups shop go to a mom and pop shop for your prints I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS UPS SHOP 4 dollar for a little piece of paper and the Employees was Rude and disrespectful

I rented a PO box because I was moving, but didn't. I terminated the rental, but some of my Christmas purchases were delayed and THEY CHARGED ME 25$ TO PICK UP PACKAGES (3 days after the box contract closed). This is the worst use of "well, it's our policy". I won't be back.

Today I left the Mangrove store because one of the employees was really rude about me not knowing how to label my return to Amazon properly. I went across town and went to the Notre Dame store and a gentlemen his early 20's with a dark complexion (he looked as if there was a possibility he was from African descent) helped me. He was so kind, professional and helpful. It was an entirely different experience. It helped turn around my day.I am five months pregnant and find myself a little more emotional now than I have been in the past so his kindness went a long way for me today. This is not the only time I have gone to this location and had a good experience. If you live in chico it's worth going the extra distance to the south side of chico to get the better experience.
