This branch on Notre Dame has a horrible smell in the building. The smell is overpowering and stinks something awful. I mentioned it to them and they said their hvac company says nothing is wrong, but I think there’s mold or something. I can’t enter this branch anymore.

I have banked with tricounties for years and had very pleasant experience I made a deposit cash on 2/5/2020 at this location apparently they use a 3rd party for there atm machines and there was a huge glitch causing my bank account to go negative which is not my fault! I deposited my cash and went online and transferred the money to my other bank account with tricounty bank this caused my account to go negative $208 not a huge deal from stand point of the CEO of tricounty bank but for someone who is working a normal job is financially impacting I called on 2/05/2020 and spoke to several employees at this location including the bank manager who is very pleasant I got my $170 dollars back on 2/06/2020 but the over draft fee was credited then was taken back called the bank back on 2/07/2020 to inform I still have the overdraft fee I was told would be fixed by end of business day checked my account today still not fixed so called the the 800 number by far did I have the most unpleasant experience in my life I was explaining to the agent that I was frustrated spent so many hours on this issue the agent then started to secure my account I gave my name and dob because the agent did not ask for my dob and I gave it to her my account was not secure??? Ughhh why did she need my driver license number, email address, mailing address, the cities I opened my account, all because I gave my dob I asked the agent about the over draft there is nothing she can do because it is Saturday she opened a case which the tat is not till tuesday or Wednesday to get fixed i am not happy why do I have to wait a week because the 3rd party the bank uses had a glitch not my fault so i asked to speak to a supervisor got transferred over the supervisor asked how could she help I told her the tat is unacceptable I wanted the overdraft fee fixed today she said she can't felt like I was arguing with a teenager she kind of cut me off and said anything else! This review is for the atm and call center not the bank employees at this location! I am so frustrated with this to take a week to resolve I am thinking about closing my credit card with this bank and all my accounts! My company I work for has a credit union and credit cards, auto loans, first time home buyer loans and I even get employee discounts they do everything this bank does why should I bank with place I am getting treated terribly when calling in on a mistake not made by me!

I have been a member of the bank for many years. Sadly, my experience at the south branch was unpleasant. The teller who assisted me didn’t even have her name tag. Thought she knew it all. Still like the bank as a whole but bad experience at this particular branch. Most tellers are rude and not pleasant.

Had an appointment with banker Endi and he was ten minutes late. Asked Alden where he was and he lied and said he was running a bank errand. Endi finally walked in with coffee for everyone. It's very rude and disrespectful to be late for an appointment and to lie. Will not see a banker at this branch again

Great staff, and friendly people. They make sure your account is safe and secure, they go above and beyond to make sure you know your account is in the green. Their bankers are very welcoming and reassuring. They help you find solutions to your problems, and if they can't, they will direct or find you someone who can.

Literally the worst bank I've dealt with in the wake of the Camp Fire. For a community bank to be so unhelpful during a crisis is mind-blowing. Not only did they put unnecessary holds on funds, they were unwilling to make simple concessions, like raising the daily spending limit when I needed to purchase thousands of dollars worth of new home items. Wells Fargo, despite having a bad reputation before this, was wonderful and went out of their way to be understanding and helpful. Tri Counties had endless hoops to jump through. I'll be finding a new bank once this crisis is in the rearview.

If you've ever been misfortmisfortunite enough to get a bad check, well then you have a bad check. With this location every time you re enter to deposit your hard worked for money, then they will be sure to ask you where you got the check and they will force you to deposit it. I had this issue, and I went to deposit my money order from rent and I received a call 2 HOURS later because it was my name associated with the check. So if you want a bank that won't harass you not only when you come In but call you when you're at home with your kids, I'd bank elsewhere.

The clerks and account specialists at this branch are all very pleasant and helpful. Opened a new account there last week and it was as smooth an experience as it could possibly be.

If you think these people are snooty, you must be used to going to a Quick Cash business. The team at this branch are GREAT! I enjoy doing business with this group.
