I have needed to wire money 3 times and because the cabal that owns the banks have a law that says when you deposit money into any bank, the bank owns it, so banks will do anything to keep your money. Each time, using 2 branches, they have harassed me horribly and delayed my wire for at least 2 days. Today, I see they have refused to wire my funds that should have been done 2 days ago. This is now causing me to miss out on an investment!!!!!There questions are very nazi like and are none of their business. They must be bankrupt.

I find that if I go to this banking location early afternoon between 1 pm and 3 pm it's easy in and out. If you go after 3 or later it's crazy busy

Tri Counties does not care that its customers are not being given access to them or their accounts because they discovered SOME fraudulent activity! ALL their banks in ALL cities are shut down for ANOTHER business day because THEY can't find the problem! They WONT even answer their phones so customers can complain...they say the system is down yet if you know an individual extension they CAN talk! Thanks ALOT Tri Counties for ruining my Valentines Day!

My loan was transferred to this bank ( I got one week notice)... its 2022... they have the wrong amount of my loan (Sky said it say it would get sorted and I wouldn't incur a fee... let's see). Fine, lets move on to the next subject. I tried to set up an account on my own, like it should be able to do online before I had to call.. I went to their website to set up an account to view my loan...it would not allow me to do it despite doing all the verifications (social, past jobs, etc). I had to get verified on the phone, then do it online with the customer service (Sky- at least she seems competent), and then it still did not work... so they had to set it up the online account for me... (insert eye roll emoji here). Try to set up an automatic payment to a bank here for your mortgage... You CANNOT set up automatic payment on your own through their online website in your account... you have to fill out a PAPER form. If you want to change the amount from month to month (pre-pay or step back), you have to FILL OUT ANOTHER FORM or revoke (again not online). Oh, it's not automatic like normal banks, it takes "WEEKS" once you send in the form. you can't upload securely through a portal on their website, you have to email it... they send it securely bc it has your loan number on it, but then to email, no secure portal... (who came up with that severely flawed security measure?). Oh, and if you want to make your 1st payment by phone b/c you have to wait for paperwork that takes them 15 business to process, they charge you $10. (but if you don't you will get hit with an interest charge b/c things take WEEKS. This is highway robbery. In 2022, there is no excuse to not be able set up a bank account on line or autopayments online. (through the mortgage company, not through bill pay) and self adjust as you want...After all of this, we got disconnected after an hour. I called right back, and Sky was on break... Then I spoke to Maia/Maya (who was pretty clueless) who put me on hold again... Then after 10min hold, I spoke to Harvest (also competent and kept her composure as she knew I was quite frustrated) who states they can't waive a $10 fee while she clarified it takes "15 business days" to process a form. You can always drive in (pay a toll, pay for parking, pay excessive gas) to a branch to sort it out without paying a fee...it is 2022, this bank is in CALIFORNIA. Get some customer friendly tech please. Hope you loan is transferred to another bank. TriCounties bank is a sham and will nickel and dime you for anything (I found this out on day 1). The only way to have your loan transferred or to refinance (I just did it 3 months ago and did not choose for it to be transferred here.) They refuse to waive a $10 fee even though the delays are on their end. (you know they can waive this). I feel sorry for the ladies I spoke too (at least Sky & Harvest), they are the face of the company being customer service for poor choices made by their bank employer.

Tri Counties bought Valley Republic in Bakersfield in March of 2022. The conversion has been a disaster. Valley's staff knew their customers. Tri Counties could care less. The help line contradicts the branch staff. To call the 1-800 workers "Open Mouth Breathers" is a compliment. They "restrict" accounts without telling the account holder. I maintain over 40 client accounts. I'm told I have to manage them on line but need a separate online account for each one. As a Valley and now Tri Counties stockholder I will be moving all of the accounts and selling my stock. What a mess.

This bank's home loan servicing department care more about extracting every penny from their customers than building any sort of long term relationship. Also, trying to speak with the right person in their servicing department is very difficult. There are many home loan lenders out there. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this group as you possibly can.

Mostly happy with Tri counties. I go to the Raley's branch on East Ave. mostly. No complaints. Friendly, helpful tellers.

Terrible experience, I banked there for over 10 years, I cashed a check for $2,500 and they took 10 days to give me my money because I had overdrawn my account in the past. My bills are all set for automatic payment and this little game is the reason for being overdrawing my account. Enough is enough, I am done dealing with a second rate bank
