I have always received great customer service for the many years I’ve been a Tri-Counties customer, and today two of the employees at the Mangrove branch in Chico, CA were exceptionally pleasant, professional and helpful with some very involved matters. The young man who was the teller who helped me (didn’t get his name) was patient and friendly as he helped me do multiple things including figuring out if I had deposited some checks electronically or not. Emanuel Feliciano, a Personal Banker, helped me with a Trust account issue and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos all around to the staff!

Not a fan.I put a small $25 to open an account. I failed the test of being able to get my SSDI direct deposited (without a direct response), so now I get to wait for that money back.Why does someone have to give collateral in order to find out if services are available?Personally, I just got a house after homelessness and this $25 would be my down payment for credit to get a bed.

This branch of Tri counties is the worst Branch I have gone too. Most of the employees are rude . Especially the manager. At least she acts like she is the manager . I have been banking with them for years and the service I have received the last two times is horrible. Try to avoid this branch of you can .I’m only giving it one star because I had to or it would not let me post this .

Condescending and disrespectful. That's the service that I received from this Tri Counties Branch. Obviously, they do not take into consideration the customers needs. I have my grandmothers graveside funeral service today and needed to quickly deposit a check in the drive through. I didn't have my deposit slip with me, but have in the last been able to deposit my checks without one via drive through without any hiccup. I was belittled and forced to fill out a deposit slip in my car in the drive through as they continued to speak to me in a condescending tone - even though necessary Info was listed on the back. I was treated like an infant and am appalled at the interaction . I have banked with Tri Counties both personally and in business for over 20 years and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. One thing for certain is that I will not interact with this branch again.

NO one ever answers the phone. Tried about 8 calls with more than 2 hours on hold. I cant think of any reason to stay with a business that wastes so much of my time,.

Absolutely a terrible and stressful service! I deposited over 1300+ dollars to my account only have the ATM eat ALL MY MONEY then ASLO MY CARD. It over me over an hour and a half to finally contact someone helpful. I AM VERY disappointed at this company they have failed me time after time again and guess what I STILL don't have my money and I'm locked out of my account. I have to wait until Monday and I have rent due and mouths to feed. They do not care about customer service, I wouldn't suggest banking here. THEY ARE a UNReailble company and irresponsible for their machine mess-ups.
