Been working with customer service on buying a fuel tank. Very responsive and helpful with my questions. Its nice to see a company who still has great customer service. Its not common anymore.

Transfer Flow 40 gallon tank/ toolbox combo was installed at Transfer Flow. the technician did a really good job for the install.

Needed additional fuel capacity for dragging our 5TH wheel. Didn't want to have to crawl into bed to add fuel in a aux tank, or have the mess from diesel fuel. After long research found Transfer Flow with a steel made in USA tank that replaces to old tank with double the capacity. Installation looks great, the service was awesome. well all I can say I wasted 3600 bucks on a 58 gallon gas tank for my 2022 f-350 truck seems transfer flow would do better re-search when coming out with a new product.No answers on being able to update the trucks computer to match the amount of fuel till empty.and guessing how much fuel you have left in you're tank. Good job transfer flow no support just the run around to try to get this issue fixed.Do you're self a favor if you're thinking about doing this to you're truck don't.

Like the tank, a 75 gallon automatic transfer diesel tank, for my Ram. Taking 2 stars off for customer service ,Ty, and poor instruction paperwork. Instructions have poorly done pictures and use vent and fill tube interchangably. Not all instructions are in the same package. Needed a new fuel level sending unit as the one on the tank was out of the spec's.( first thing the instructions said to do was check resistance). The company sent one, I had to pay to send the bad one back ($10.00). You might have thought after paying $2800.00 + they would have sent me a prepaid return label. Ty never thought to tell me that was on me. Love the tank, not entirely satisfied with the company.

I bought a 05 f350 that already had one of their fuel tank/tool box combos installed. Love the large reserve tank and the tool box on top is prefect for straps etc. Well, the pivot mounting bracket for the display had broke, so I called to order a new one. I guess mine is an older model and that bracket is discontinued, figured id have to make one. The man on the phone said, "hold up", and called me back saying he located a used one in box of extras they had and sent it free of charge !! no cost for the part, wouldn't even let me pay shipping! customer service at its finest, you just don't seer that anymore. Greatly appreciated !!! and if i ever sell this truck, you can be assured I'll be calling these guys to replace it !! thanks again

Took about 5 hours to have tank installed. Everyone was very accommodating, and kept making sure we had drinks and snacks. And plus a free coffee mug x2.. ❤❤

Well this is our second vehicle to have a external tank installed. The first truck was done over 17 years ago. That was done on a Ford F-550 cab and chassis with a flat bed. This truck was used to tow our 5th wheel RV. We had the 50 gallon toolbox tank installed then and never experienced any issues with it. Well to make a long story short I just bought a new Ford F-450 Super Duty. Well, I called Transfer Flow and arranged to see about having a 50 gallon diesel tank installed on this beast. We the wife and I were treated like lost family. This place is still really awesome. That is from the owner all the way down to the person who sweeps the factory floor.

Called in and talked to TIM. I have to give this guy major props! He was very helpful and took the time to walk through and answer all the 20 questions I had. Got my order in place, and was great on follow up and service. Excited for my new transfer flow shipped out today!! :)

Just had a 40 gallon auxiliary tank installed in my 2019 Ram 3500 diesel pickup. They did a perfect job installing the tank. I've refilled once since then and it continues to work perfectly.

Just had a 40 gallon tank installed yesterday and it works great. My wife and I drove 4 hours to get it installed at the factory and couldn't be happier. We had an 11AM appointment and was out of their by 3:30. We decided to wait in the clean and comfy waiting room for the instillation. You can tell that customers service is their priority. They are located next to a small air museum that is open Thursday-Sunday and a very good restaurant is about a 15 minute walk from the business. If you tow a large trailer like we do get a fuel tank from them. No more fear of not being able to get into a place to fuel, opens so many more options.
