The first time I went to this place I was in nail heaven! I knew I had gone to the right place- Lillian did an amazing job on my nails! This motivated me to go again for my fill. Three weeks later I got my nails done, by unknown name, and although she was fast and very skilled she lacked customer service. I had booked for my son to get a polish and my fill. They did not accommodate my son and when I asked all I was told was “sorry”. Additionally they charged me more than the time before and the lady did less than Lillian had. Now I have a nail that I missing polish ??♀️ I hope this was a bad day and unfortunately my son and I got the short end of the deal. I don’t pay good money to be treated this way and much less have my nails chip less than 24hohrs after.

Have been there before but today the girl cut my skin when she cut my toenails.. it hurt and I yelped. I am not sensitive and get regular pedicures. I was getting a deluxe pedi with gel polish. It was kinda stinging in the water and when I moved my foot it hit the jacuzzi jet and it fell off and sprayed the pedi water with lotions and stuff all over me and my brand new very pricey leather handbag which I had safely on my side. I then decline polish I was so over it and really wanted to try to save my purse. I went to the desk and paid and said I hope it isn’t ruined or I’ll be back tomorrow. Their response was your foot hit the jet …so basically my fault… also told me it’s only water which it was not. Definitely not going back.

Clean, friendly, beautiful nails, plenty of parking. I stopped in for a mani/pedi before my wedding and was surprised at how pretty the salon was inside! The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful in suggesting colors. They stand by their work and make corrections to ensure that the customer is happy. As a former stylist, I've been too stubborn to pay for a service I can do at home, but after my first experience, they've made a loyal customer out of me. I've started scheduling appointments, but as a walk-in I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I love that they direct everyone to wash their hands as soon as they walk in the door. I am an OCD-germaphobe who likes pretty things, and this is my safe go-to. **I just read through a majority of the other reviews. A lot of the poor reviews are from years ago. Someone complained that the parking lot is dirty- that's Chico. Another said the reviews about Ken aren't real- he's done my nails and they were beautiful. As far as not getting all of the dead skin off of fingers and toes- they're not magicians, they do the best they can without causing damage. The more reviews you have, the harder it is to keep a high rating. It only takes a couple to knock the stars off.

Honestly, the service wasn't great. First time there and maybe I had high expectations, but they did not do a good job. My nails were not fully painted and the way she did the acrylic is just awful. I paid 55 for your baic white tip and i just cannot believe that something so basic came out the way they did. Bubbles, messy and more. Never going back. My mom was also disappointed in the way hers came out.

My daughter and I walked in for mani-pedis prior to heading to Hawaii, and the staff was so kind to take us in on a whim. The outcome was beautiful & the leg/foot massage felt so good!!! It was such a calming environment...this is where I'll go from now on. Highly recommend.

I'm only giving a star because I can't give a zero. It had been a while since I visited this place for a pedicure, and I decided to go today. I was very excited because I remember last time I got what I asked for, but this time they overcharged me for a very shitty job. I asked for a deluxe pedicure, and wanted French tip. I also told the lady that I had an ingrown nail that was bothering me and kindly asked her to take care of it. I usually do gel but this time I did not want that because I tend to do my pedicures at home when I don't have time to go to a nail tech and i don't have the tool to get rid off of gel polish. With that being said, it looked like the lady did not understand what I was asking for at first so she asked for help, she was doing an amazing job with the massages and scrubbing until it was time to take care of the ingrown nail. I tend to get ingrown nails very often in one of my toes, but they are not that big of a deal for me to get them surgically removed, I usually do it myself or have a nail tech remove them, its very easy since it's not really nail but dead skin buildup. Well, a guy ( not sure if the owner of just a worker) came to ask the lady if she was doing okay, and I don't know what she told him but he kept insisting for me to get gel polish instead of regular nail polish, I declined and said I did not want it this time and I also asked him to tell her to please clean my nails well since I tend to get dead skin buildup and this time it was hurting. He told her to do it and it looked like he didn't like how the lady was working (I did not have any complaints) and started to do it himself to only ruin the shape of my nails and not clean the buildup how I had ask him to. I told him he hurt me with the tools he was using and he said that "it was okay, that the pain it was temporary since it was the ingrown nail that he just removed that was hurting." My toe was hurting really bad but I just let him continue. when he was done another lady came and started painting my nails and doing the French tip, she was done with one foot when I told her I had changed my mind and I did not want the French tip anymore (take in mind they were going to charge me more for the French tip) but in reality she was just not doing the French tip incorrectly, it looked like my 6 year old sister did it. By this time I just wanted it to be done, because did not like the fact that three people had to touch my feet for them to do a horrible and messy job. I left and payed what they asked for and got home to remove everything and do my own pedicure. I was very disappointed and I am not going back there anymore. Skylab nails do a better job for only $25-30.

Tipsy Nails is the cleanest, nicest place I’ve been to! They do not rush you. They take their time on your pedicures. I always get mine done by KIMKEN. She also does my nails and lashes. She is amazing. I’m very picky and she doesn’t care. Her husband Ken is outstanding too. He does my husband and mom. I’m so lucky to have found them. The owner keeps her shop so clean and people friendly. She is always so polite and nice and is always greeting everyone. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

I love this place. Always clean and when I make an appointment they are always on time. Everything is always very clean. I always get my nails and feet and now lashes by KIMKEN and she does amazing work. Her Husband Ken is also amazing. He does my husbands pedicure and does long massage and cleans feet great. The owner is walking around and giving water and greeting everyone. VERY nice and neat, clean place.

Always the best! The owner has remembered my name since I have gone in there even if I haven't been in, in a while! Staff is always nice!! Nails and toes always last 2+ weeks.
