“I’ve been here plenty of times and enjoy my experience each time. Very welcoming, child friendly and they even have a play room for your child to have fun while you shop! Best part, there is a maternity section! Couldn’t get my daughter to leave she had so much fun while I shopped.”

“The shop has amazing prices and the staff there, which is mostly volunteers is led by the best manager I've ever met from a store that takes care of her employees and her customers and all if it goes to cancer research, which is an awesome opportunity to to buy things that you want at half the price And help out those in need.”

“Great charity shop! Lovely ladies volunteering here. Very orderly and clean.
Prices are a little schizophrenic with $1-2 things and then randomly $50 stuff. It's odd and the worker ladies usually agree with this lol

If you're looking for a place to donate your old things, this is a great place!”

“When an agency makes an effort to take responsibility for a mistake and make it right how they can I feel fair acknowledgment of that is due. Salvation Army did just that at both the local and higher levels to allow me to be heard, offer a sincere apology and make the best corrections they could. I appreciate their caring and effort.”

“They have some beautiful finds, I would say more 70s - 80s looking items than 40s-60s, but that may change on the day you go in. They do have a men's section as well, which I think is nice for all the guys that are usually waiting around for their girlfriends. There are shoes and accessories. Staff is always friendly. There are a lot of not vintage items just vintage-looking, and some really stained and damaged tops in the front section which are not marked down. The store is very very packed full of clothes as well (and it's already quite small) making it hard to navigate and sort through. I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.”

“They're really helping right now, in taking donations for those who have been affected by the Park Fire. It's easy to drop off your donations at their warehouse located at 13404 Browns Valley Drive in Chico, CA. They have bins ready out front. You don't have to go through anyone. Just fill up the bins and be on your way!”
