I rented a studio from Hobie and Stephanie, and they were everything you could ask for in landlords: quick to respond, quick to address maintenance, and overall really nice people. They fully furnished the studio with everything I needed, even supplying me with trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and other household items so I didn’t need to do a huge Target run the second I moved to Chico. I highly recommend them as landlords or realtors!

Hobie and Stephanie are two of the very best people and so you can expect the very same as real estate agents! We have been working together with our mutual clients over 5 years and one thing is always a constant, they take the very best care of their clients. They never pressure or advise for personal gain and always go above and beyond many times unnoticed! I love them and you will too!

I have bought and sold many homes and The Jensen Group was head and shoulders above all others. Before we moved to Chico, Hobie was in constant contact and was checking on us and offering options. He understood our "wants" and limitations and led us to the perfect home in our favorite neighborhood at a price we could manage. He and Stephanie have remained in contact with resources and to check on us even three months after we moved in. The Jensen Group far exceeds their Five Star rating. I highly recommend them. We have graduated from business associates to friends.

From start to finish, Stephanie and Hobie have been a pleasure to work with. We first met Hobie at an open house for another home the Jensen group was representing for sale in Oroville. Hobie immediately impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and kind demeanor. In fact, we were so impressed that when the time came for us to buy our first home 6 months later, we reached out to the Jensen Group to help us close the deal! Hobie helped us look at a few properties in the Oroville area. Each time we looked at a home, Hobie was able to meet us at the location at a time that fit our busy schedules (after 5pm) and came well prepared for the meeting. Hobie and Stephanie made the entire home buying process a breeze. From creating an online timeline and checklist to help keep us on track, to explaining disclosures and inspection reports, the Jensen Group could not have been easier to work with. Let me preface my rating by saying I have very high expectations when I am a customer receiving goods or services. That being said, Hobie and Stephanie Jensen absolutely hit it out of the park. I met with several Relators in preparation for listing and selling my family property in Oroville CA. This was childhood home. The Jensen Group (Hobie, Stephanie and team) stood out to me with their market analysis, listing strategies which included property staging and a professional video specific to my property, and their exceptional communication skills. As a homeowner, this is a very stressful time and the Jensen Group handled the process with class, sensitivity and professionalism. An added bonus Which I have never received before, is a timetable tracking system that kept me as a homeowner informed as to where things are (termite, home and appraisal inspections, buyers ernest monies due, disclosure statements due dates, utility switch overs, anticipated close dates etc...) for me, this was just another example showing that I had made a great decision to hire this team to represent my interests. Thank you Hobie and Stephanie for your dedication, professionalism and genuine family touch while handling this real estate transaction. My home was listed and we had an accepted offer in 17 days.
