Horrible. Not understanding at all of the fact that my husband and I just went through the Camp Fire in Paradise. I gave them everything we had and it still wasn't good enough. Rather than just paying taxes on the roughly $10,000 income I alone made last year they wanted me to prove every little write off... on the income of $10,000!! Do people even pay taxes on anything under $12,000? No options on what we could do just wall after wall, and ridiculous requests. I was told there were no standard deductions for Realtors. Is that even true?? What about the standard mileage deduction for Realtors. If you want to be left frustrated and with the feeling of being just a number then this is the go to place for you!
