We have a purchased several mattresses, the last one just 6 months ago. They have a variety of mattresses at good prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always very helpful.We just had a sofa recovered by Square Deal and are very pleased with the fabric and workmanship. The pickup and delivery staff have always been on time, careful and professional. We highly recommend this local company.

We just got new mattresses for the whole family and we are very pleased with the high quality of the beds and the great service they provided in their showroom and throughout delivery and setup in our home. The entire staff is great but particularly Aurora who has expertise in their entire line of beds and was extremely supportive and patient with us as we tested out their mattresses on several occasions to make sure that we were making the best choice. I've had a great sleep ever since the first night.

This is only a review of my phone experience. I was looking to make an adjustment on my mother's bed and was treated very efficiently and polite. The gal was able to check inventory and give me a quote quickly without any nasty upsell- which was not the case with another local firm.

I loved the professionalism I got from the sales girl, she simply ask what kind of sleeper I was & gave me a referral, all other places seem to confuse me with all their questions…. I LOVE my new mattress & the delivery guys were very helpful in stabilizing my bed frame to support my new mattress.

We are sleeping on 2 queen size mattresses from Square Deal that have been in use for many years and sleep great ! Last year we had Square Deal make a 5 piece camper van mattress and cover. It sleeps well but corner seams began to fail ! Took the van and mattress back to Square Deal and they made new covers out of much more appropriate fabric. They kept the mattresses for 3 hours and we picked up newly covered 5 piece zippered mattress for our van. Free of charge. Great service and I highly recommend their other products.

I rate them at 5 stars. I had a Lazy Boy recliner with an unstitched arm and 2 cushions that needed refurbished.They quoted me a fair price.The people were very friendly and we set up a time to drop them off.I got everything back in one day. They hand stitched the arm on the chair. The work was phenomenal as it looks brand new.I recommend them to all my friends.

We had 8 chairs reupholstered. They did a beautiful job. We had their assistance in redesigning the backs of the chairs. They replaced a pineapple with an upholstered piece. I find no flaws-perfect workmanship. Pam was helpful in ordering the fabric. Thank you to her and the amazing work of the factory crew.

Moved to Chico recently and decided to replace our bed with a king, so a new mattress was also necessary. I ordered the bed we wanted and went to Square Deal to shop mattresses. Jamie helped us and was fabulous, her knowledge of mattresses was impressive, she helped us choose the mattress that would best accommodate our sleeping style. They were happy to coordinate the deliver of our mattress on the very day our frame was delivered. From sales to the delivery coordinator to the delivery drivers this is a "customer first" company! Highly recommend!

You can't beat Square Deal for customer service. I recently went in to explore adjustable beds and the service I got was far and above any "big box" company. Jamie listened to what my needs were, patiently showed me all the products that might work then gave me time to try all of them. After delivery, they worked with me at home, bringing leg extensions, to get the bed just the right height. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely always shop there for mattresses. By the way, there cotton sheets are fantastic!
