I have known Doug Speicher and his family since Doug was a little boy. He has now become my realtor, and I give him the highest rating. He is passionate about helping people in buying or selling homes, he rates #1 in customer service, and his communication skills are superb. I knew that I was in good hands in 2021when I decided to stay in Paradise after losing everything in the Camp Fire of 11/08/2018. Doug helped me buy a lovely home in Paradise, and to this day, he replies quickly to my text questions for advice. He is a "people person" and is in the right career choice, in my opinion. OMG!! What can I say about Doug, who saved me after two failed realtors, 14 months on the market and he sold it in 7 days!!!If you have a home to sell, whether it's in a gated community or in the city, you absolutely must contact Doug 1st. I so wish I had done that, but it's never too late, as I found out firsthand. He's the BEST!
