I have known and bought my sound gear from Dave for literally decades, he is the most knowledgeable in systems and his prices are really good,

Called them for help with a self install they welcomed me by phone when I showed up they grabbed a bolt meter looked at what I had and helped me straighten out my issue in minutes. Walked away before I got his name but told me I didn’t owe him a penny. Lots of inventory also and has competitive prices. Worth any difference in price for the customer service!

Brian was amazing. I purchased an Anthem receiver Klipsch speakers a universal remote all totaling around $8,000 very happy with everything. Also met with Dave the owner and had him do some follow up since Brian was no longer available. He's a horrible sad person. So rude. You can tell in 5 seconds he hates his job and people...sad. He should probably retire.

Class, pure class! Stayed a bit late to make sure I got what I needed. I got a good deal to boot. If you need quality speakers or amplifiers this is the only spot in the north state.

I bought Teac A-2500 tape deck from Dave through Ebay that he had refurbished. The machine is in like-new condition. I ran into some difficulties trying to upload the contents of a 60 year old reel to reel tape made on some unknown old tape machine that did not seem to play properly on the Teac he sold to me. Dave patiently spent time with me going through various possibilities, thinking through head alignments, how older machines worked, etc. Ultimately, he suggested a solution that worked. I am happy he is in business because one would be unlikely to ever get that kind of service from a big box store.

Just looking in my files and this coming February I will have been buying from Dave for 30 year, and annoying them by looking at car CD players every Saturday for many years before I could ever afford one. He's survived the onslaught of the big box stores, Circuit City, down and he may outlast Best Buy. You can get gear anywhere but it's hard to find people who know anything about the component or the company that sells/builds or even further cares about the industry as a whole beyond making money. The reviews are pretty accurate, the building like 120 years old, watch your step! Dave isn't going to give you a participation trophy for coming in. If you know what you want and/or can explain your needs, they he's going to steer you in the right direction. If you have thin skin and can walk into Bestbuy without a sense of dread then you should probably shop there instead.

I've tried to have car stereo work done here twice,2016 and june,2020 both times he just shined me on out the door maybe it's a drug front,,I wanted Italiadoor speakers,, but he just said nope we can't help you I had 3000$ ready to pay for great speakers and god work. Both times. Drive to grass valley for fast friendly service can't say if he's great because he won't work on my cars,, but all around sounds are totally cricked

That 1 minute phone call was like the post office, dmv and comcast customer service rolled into one. Serves me right wanting to seek advice and spend money locally instead of turning to the internet.
