Not as comfortable as we thought. We've had readjustments done, we're siding off our bed during the night. We're still under a 100 Day Return Policy but now we're stuck with additional fees. Can't return the bed frame. Really look over everything before you purchase! Staff was okay.

My husband and I had an incredible experience today! Keegan was absolutely phenomenal and spent over three hours with us, answering every single question we had. He guided us through the entire experience and compared our options with us in a way that was easy to understand. Keegan was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We are very happy and confident in our choices today. I would highly recommended Sleep Number as a bed option, and Keegan as a guide!

Keegan was a very big help and save the customer for me returning everything after being misrepresented by the person that sold me the bed on the phone not doing what we agreed and everything else was very happy with Keenan helping me get things squared away and straightened out and helping me get a headboard for my bed. He did it very excellent job. He’s good customer service would be willing to go back and talk with him if I ever need further assistance. Wish I went there in the first place. Thank you. It's the worst purchase of my entire life. $6,000 for a glorified air mattress. Don't make the same mistake. It's not worth it.Edit: Because Sleepnumber responded, I am updating this to say that I have spoken to the support line, I have also spoken to the execute support line that the social media team recommended. Neither would offer me the same courtesy Purple offers customers. In fact they told me I would have to pay to replace the sagging foam in the bed. It's foam! Your CEO makes $9 Million and the company doesn't offer replacement foam. Purple just replaces the entire bed!

DO NOT BUY! I repeat don't buy this bed. If I could give zero stars I would. We were hoping to get the best night sleep but all we got was pain. We were so excited for our i8 flex top king bed to arrive. Took over 3 months to have it delivered. Slept on it two weeks and woke up every morning barely able to walk. We called to exchange and they insisted we give it 30 days. So we waited until the 30 days was up. Called again, was informed that our adjustable base was non returnable. Was never told that in store, in the store all you hear is 100 nights to try it out. Lies! So since we were already stuck with a $4000 base we decided to upgrade to the i10 full spilt king. I asked multiple times that if we were not satisfied with this mattress after sleeping on it what could we do. I was told we could do one more exchange or return but that would be the last one. Took another 6 weeks for delivery and right away we knew it wasn't the right one, bed slides apart, feels like it only fills up in the middle so the sides slope down. IT IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS! Just called to make a return and was now told after our exchange it was a final sale. WTF! So one person can tell you that you can exchange and then the next says nope. So now we are out $12,000 and get to put these air mattresses in storage. This company is a scam. Have you slept on a camping air mattress? Yes that's what it is. Do not waste your money!
