Joy said she would work with me. Said she liked helping people after surviving the camp fire, she said ‘don’t worry’ But instead she totally screwed me and lied. These people towed our car because it was totalled, fortunately my wife is ok. CHP called them, but please avoid this place like the plague if you can. They are rude, condescending, and start pointing fingers at you immediately. When I walked in to do paperwork to get the car off their lot--no greeting, just let me stand there 5 minutes. Then dispatcher gave me a long lecture. I'm thinking, gee, all I did was ask a question? These people are the definition of unprofessional, uncaring, rude. If CHP ever calls them because your car is totalled (heaven forbid) just tow your car home! Never agree to keep a car in their yard. Do not deal with these idiots.Service: Car towing

Had a great experience with them. Had to move a classic car from one location to another on my property. It was done professionally without any problems.

I had a good experience with only one person there. The lady and one of her co workers are always snappy , impatient and rude, then they (in spurts) act somewhat polite. They make it known they hate there life and there job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now if you wanted something from them and they say no, give a few and try again. They are (what seem as) a little bipolar
