I could not figure out how to use the app - was charged $48 I didn’t know for what - called and was told it was an online info book that I could not open and would not be refunded for - very dishonest and totally unhelpful

I have enjoyed their all-around service, honesty and willingness to help. I am not at all tech savvy and never feel dumb for not being so. Highly recommend as a place to buy a phone and pay your bills.

horrible company. I started two days ago everything was fine till I woke up this morning and my phone don't work. so I contact simply mobile. and they tell me my phone ain't compatible all of a sudden. so they tell me I will get a refund so I can switch carriers. and they schedule a call. for security reasons. and they next lady I talk to tells me oh no you can't have a refund let's trouble shoot your phone. and I go on to tell her that it's not compatible. so she tells me hang up turn off and on your phone and then make a call. we will call you back in 15 minutes to make sure it worked. on a a different line. so I do all that and wait and wait and wait no call back. so I call them. the second I get to talk to a real person. she hangs up on me. so I go to the chat on the app and tell wvrything that happened and ask for a supervisor. and go figure they don't answer me at all. so dont go with this company they will lure you in then cancel your service lie to you about a refund and then hang up on you and ignore all your communion with them.
